If it weren’t for my gf that thinks this is good food I would never order this trash seriously. Get chipotle if you want extra meat that’s of normal quantity and normal quantity a small spoonful. Stale meat check. Brown guac check. Restaurant prices check. As of now they don’t charge extra for lettuce which is good. But like Starbucks customers people will continue to buy.

This place is a disorganized mess. Went in to order two bowls. Guy in front of me orders one of his own. They end up giving & charging him one of my orders. They have to call him back, cancel his purchase and redo the whole process. They’re not willing to remake mine since they’re running low on ingredients. This is all fine mistakes happen. BUT they keep saying his order is my second one. I know for a fact it’s not since he ordered cheese and I didn’t. Again this is easily fixed between the guy and me. But the icing on the cake is, while I’m sorting all this out, they mix up my other order, with the order of the woman behind me. This is literally out of a sitcom, and of course I only notice after I get home. It wasn’t even a busy time, so they can’t excuse their behavior with that. This is an assembly line, I don’t understand why all this confusion occurs. Meanwhile management is standing in the back trying to sort through the music playing in the store.

One of the workers messed up someone’s order and instead of her fixing it, she gives him an attitude and even yells at him in front of everyone. Poor guy. She is very unprofessional and should not be working in customer services. The manager handled it very well but that behavior is unacceptable.

It’s crazy how much more often I would go to chipotle if they didn’t skimp on the meat so hard. They scoop up a few pieces of meat with their shallow spoon and stare at you after to see what your reaction is going to be because they know how bad they skimped you. If you ask them for a little more they will say “you want double”? No, not even double, enough of a serving that can at least satisfy a kid in elementary school. They act like they are going to get a bonus in their paychecks the more they skimp people.

I wish I could give zero bc I’m crazy mad. I ordered a delivery today but it was so ridiculous…. The restaurant took my order but you know what? When the driver arrives the store wasn’t even open. And it was like half an hour after I placed the order. So I double checked their open hours, it shows it’s open. I really wanna know why they took the order without opening the store. And left the whole family waiting for the food? That was super UNPROFESSIONAL.

Great chefs! Not all Chipotles are alike! Friendly staff and yummy fajita veggies and guacamole!

This Chipotle location it’s the worst I ever been to. The staff is super rude, they care more about been checking their phones and gossip between them and not about pay attention to clients. The lady at the cashier (I think she’s Dominican was extremely rude at me when I ask for my order, girl if you don’t like your job just find another one and don’t be rude with people) rude staff, the restroom was dirty and the tables as well

Disgusting!!!! I just got a kid’s menu for my daughter here in Fort Lee and she eat the head of this animal. You have a very Poor higiene…..you have to clean your place. So many people doing nothing more than talking …. we were just two people in line and they took around 15 minutes to serve our food. If my daughter gets sick during the night and I have to take her to the hospital I will take a legal action.

Today my heart aches. My favorite local Mexican Grill franchise Chipotle had dreadfully failed me. Usually, after a long day of classes and stressing about being alive, I come to the one restaurant where my hunger would be satisfied, Chipotle. Exhausted and hungry I pulled up to order. To my surprise, they had closed the lane ordering option and only allowed for mobile ordering. This was no issue to me because I was no stranger to the Chipotle app as I used it religiously for quick pickups many times. After my order came out I swiftly drove home and prepared to feed the beast (my stomach lol). When I opened my bowl everything looked good, delicious, and normal. It wasn't until my first bite that I nearly lost my faith in humanity. Instead of the delicious, tender, smoked flavor of Chipotle's new limited-time-only brisket I was accustomed to, I felt something else entirely different and....strange. The meat wasn't flavorful at all, in fact, it was dry and grainy and had a weird mouth feel. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the Chipotle had served me CARNITAS (pork), instead of the brisket I am so fond of. Now I am by no means a vegetarian or a vegan so this wasn't a HUGE deal for me but my mind began to wonder, what if I did not eat pork due to religious reasons. If this were the case and I consumed pork due to the negligence of the staff this would not have been okay. And with that I leave you this review. Don't get me wrong, I still love you Chipotle, like my first kiss you will always have a special place in my heart. I'm not mad at you, just disappointed :(

Wish there was a option to upload images but when I picked up my order the side of sauce was not closed tightly causing it to leak all over the bag. The bag ripped and made a whole lot of mess, not to mention the sauce ruining my coat.
