NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!They are unprofessional and never communicate with the customer that the order can be canceled or that they no longer have any items and just wait for hours until the customer just gives up.
It is a pleasure and a comfortable people place. And continues to be my Favorite quick dinner spot. The Staff outstanding.
The staff was awesome! I was really impressed. We stopped in a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised.
I asked for half chicken with rice and macaroni cheese to go, AND i said i want my chicken very crispy and dark!! Guess what? the chicken they gave me is absolutely no exaggerating RAW ?, i only ate the rice and macaroni and threw the chicken in the garbage! Even the crew when i was saying this is how i wanted my chicken they were mocking! Absolutely ridiculous! Not coming back!!

Absolutely disgusting. No gloves. Dude was counting the money from his pocket and then serving people without gloves. I walked out. Filthy place.

Not a great place to get a meal nor is this a great location. Nothing is ever fresh and the employees (including the manager) all need a big time attitude adjustment.
Refuses to accept app orders more often than not. No warning until you've spent time filling your cart and hit the button to order.Used to order often, now the frustration isn't worth it. I tried again, for what is probably the last time tonight. I give up.
I've ordered a 1/2 Lemon chicken and a chicken pot pie for myself and for my daughter on a lazy Saturday afternoon. While we were having a usual Boston Market lunch, I noticed a blue string attached to a chicken. It was dangling on a piece of chicken my daughter was about to eat. Geez... It was a close call. I stopped her and took a closer look at it. It was a thin blue elestic string which was probably used to tie up their chickens. How can they be so negligent on the food they sell? It could've been an old man unkowingly swallow that elestic string or even worse, a little kid unkowingly swallowed it.The manager of this restaurant can't take on all responsibilities of this restaurant staffs' mistakes and negligences, but the manager should absolutely have to make sure that this does not happen again.
