While their bagels are very tasty,, the reviews seem pretty much in agreement that the lady at the register is as RUDE as can be. Today was my last straw. After clearing her right ears with her right index finger, she took my order with same hands. Was going to say something but there were other people on line and didn’t want to make a fuss. She then threw my bag of bagels to me after I paid. When I shook my head, I think she realized what she did. Today, apologized. Too many red flags with this bagel shop. I wonder who owns it. Complete mismanagement.
So very disappointed in my last purchase here. Bagel with egg and cheese. The egg and cheese combo was not thicker than a sheet of paper! Don’t waste your money going here.

I've been going here for 3 yrs and loved their BLTs, but this morning for $6.99 BLTs, management told me this is how they make their BLTs now.
I had a very bad experience today, the lady working behind the counter is extremely rude and refused to allow me to change my order for the fresher products just out of the oven while I was there. This used to be a great establishment but has declined dramatically in recent years particularly because of the customer service. There are many other good bagel options nearby and thus I would strongly recommend avoiding this place specifically because they refuse to provide customers with the best products. Try Lemoine Bagel nearby it's a much better option.
Something has changed here. Used to come here for 10 years. Came here yesterday, got my order wrong and argued with me like I'm the one who put in the wrong order. Then, they also don't give the right change back, don't give you the full refund, or a receipt(always have to ask for it). Then they will print a wrong receipt and give you the wrong refund. Beware of this place.
Absolutely delicious!!! The menu variety is unbelievable, although I got the plain bagel with vegetable cream cheese.
Used to go here all the time a couple years ago. Went this weekend and got a breakfast bagel, along with the turkey brie wrap and California avocado wrap. Paid and waited.Apparently they didn’t have avocado - no offer to replace it, no idea as to what else to put in. So I asked them to throw in bacon instead. They also didn’t have Brie for the turkey Brie - no offer to replace it, no idea as to what else to put in. So I asked them to replace this also with bacon.It was at this point I was told they couldn’t replace any of my items because bacon costs more than avocado or Brie. So I told them to cancel both and refund the money and was about to walk out when the cashier gives me the California wrap and says I should pay for it because they already put the bacon in. So I duly paid, got a refund for the turkey Brie and went to eat my hard-earned wrap.Kicker was, my wrap didn’t have any avocado or bacon. Honestly, if they just offered to replace the ingredient with something else instead of the attitude of, “we don’t have it so too bad here’s what you ordered without the avocado and cheese” I probably would have been happy. But then to go home and find the soggy wrap without what they said they did was a bit tough.The bagel was Okay. Much worse than it used to be. Wouldn’t go here again.

Horrible with timing they open supposedly at 6 the sign and google shows and the person inside waves were closed and shows 7 with his hands . Then change your hours to seven so people driving to your deli doesn’t have to go elsewhere. The guy was such an a$$****
