We ordered from here for the first time in July 28, 2022. I found a roach cooked in my food. They wouldn’t give me any information over the phone juts wanted my information to pick up the food. I have never written a review or been this disgusted. So much for family dinner today.
The worst and most gross chicken I ever had. I never order at BBQ chicken since I personally think the taste is the worst out of all Korean chicken around area but my girlfriend wanted to try so I decided to try this time. The chicken got worse. First of all I ordered teriwing but they use gigantic wing and the chicken is not even well cooked in side and taste disgusting (too much sauce and not cooked well inside). Boneless chicken the color inside is disgusting too and over cooked. The raddish was worst!!! Can’t taste anything. Entire meal was worst and I threw away all the left over and almost threw up. Please don’t sell this garbage items to customer and make money guys PLEASE
First time trying this place, delivery was fast, chicken was out of this world. I ordered their Secret Spicy Boneless Wings, they were light, crispy, AND saucy. It’s hard to get that balance just right. Definitely ordering from here again, I can’t wait to try their other flavors!
Don’t get seasonal boneless chicken. I got general bbq sauced chicken! ? Gangnam style wings were good tho.

Our fav chicken!!! The best in area!!! We order once per week! Sweet potato fries, honey garlic, soy garlic and cheesy flavors are our favorite! If you like spicy those spicy choices are amazing too! My 2 Yr old loves the meals from bbq chicken!
They have really good waffle fries but they cook everything in old oil like it's cheap Chinese food. Honestly a really disappointing experience. Also just read these reviews & everyone is saying the same thing.They're probably not doing well financially and cut quality to make ends meat but they just lost a customer because of it.
Today 2/18/22, i ordered the fried chicken and it was soooo bad. Tasted like old nasty chicken that has been refried. Chicken was extremely tiny, dry and very tough to eat. Outside was totally soaked with oil. I would never order from this place again. I would not be surprised if this place goes out of business. Very unhappy customer.
First time here tonight. I usually go to Tappan since that was closer to where I used to live. Customer service was great. But the food is awful. I'm mad bc he really had my hopes up telling me it be better than Tappan. Their chicken is way better than whatever this is I got. I'm so mad! It taste bland. The Cole slaw isn't slawing! Ugh just left a lot to be desired.
Very disappointed with my order today! I usually always order from the Cliffside location (on Anderson ave) but they ran out of the boneless chicken for the night...so I decided to try it out here.... NEVER AGAIN! No flavor whatsoever!!! The soy garlic chicken always smells sooooo good and tastes even better... this one had no taste to it!!! The pieces of chicken were smaller and SUPER DRY! It was actually gross to eat. I also never had to pay extra for the ranch sauce but was forced to pay an extra $1 for a tiny amount of ranch one the side... not to mention... this location is slightly more expensive than in Cliffside!!! Do yourself a favor... don't order from here... you won't get a nice experience ... highly suggest Cliffside Park instead!!!
