Taco Bell has always been my go to while traveling on the road, especially all the cross country driving I do. Now that I am strictly Keto, Taco Bell makes it convenient to order Keto dishes. Always where I go, I always have friendly servers and they always make sure you have what you need. Thanks TB for your keto options! I’ve had take out and delivery since 2020 when the pandemic started and always has been good and never a problem with orders…vegetarian is Taco Bell’s best too! Keeping it healthy TB!!
Placed order online for pickup, stood in line waiting for someone to come to counter for 5 minutes, watched multiple people in back just standing around doing nothing. Manager walked by and asked if I had been helped, I replied with my order for pickup and he told me he would check me in and get it started, why did I order online just to stand and wait even longer for my food? As I stand here in line and write this there are two customers waiting to have their order taken and no one seems to care there's people waiting. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:06 it's now 7:42 and I still have no food. As one person stands in the back and watches 3 people make stuff he puts the completed item in the bag and just does only that. Management doesn't seem to care as a other member stands in back and talks on his phone. For the duration on me standing here for 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and then got attitude because I seem to be an inconvenience. NOW NO ONE WILL COME TO THE COUNTER TO GIVE ME A REFUND.
I understand they are having staffing issues, so I used the kiosk to place my order. When I got my order in the system and hit the checkout button the screen froze and the system rebooted. Thankfully there was another kiosk so I replicated my order and was able to successfully checkout. The food was great once we got it but the entire customer experience leading up to that was bad. Also, the gentleman who eventually showed up at the register was polite and apologetic and I could see he was doing the job of 3 people. This review is not a reflection of the staff - it’s a message to management to encourage them to improve their technology and processes.
Horrible food quality since they rebuilt and refurbished the building. Nothing but young kids talking on cell phones while trying to provide service. Also they don't clean the tables that often inside.
Hadn't been to a Taco Bell in a long time. Ordered our old standby, the Crunchwrap Supreme, and it was excellent, as always!
Fresh and great tasting food which you don't always get at most Taco Bell's. Our order is always correct and the staff is very friendly.
Consistenty forgets to put sauce in the bag. Last three times I went. Ridiculous. How hard is it to remember the hot sauce?

Mobile app always says "this location is about to close" and won't allow an order to be completed, regardless of the time. I assume they are not staffed appropriately. Several other fastfood options within a mile radius. I also assume dining room closes early as the drive through is wrapped around the building and they keep the outside building lights off at night.
Always time for taco bell and their $5 box deal is hard to beat
