Worst sonic experience today. . . The service today at the drive thru was horrible. Manager was rude , I get it they were understaffed. But after sitting at the intercom for over 8 minutes with no response, my wife drove up to the window and they decided to just have an attitude instead of just saying "hey sorry we are busy today" all they said was "Well you should have waited longer" . Then they even got an attitude that we ordered grilled chicken saying "it's going to take longer now". Again I get it you guys seemed understaffed today but it's not the customer fault. Honestly even if service is bad if the person apologized I usually let it go.
Horrible, inexperienced service. We received someone elses items twice. Then when it came to getting our own food, they messed it up and got the order wrong. The food was just nasty. I'm not sure if it's Sonic's fault or the staff. I ordered a grilled cheese for a side and got two slices of wonder bread half toasted with a partially melted American cheese in the middle. What gives? Then Sonic's boast of having the best shakes around. Please! This place insults my intelligence and taste buds!
The grape slushies with nerds candy in them are EVERYTHING to me. My youngest son who has avoidant restrictive food intake disorder requests to go and get the soft pretzel twists because he loves them so much. I am developing an addiction to their fried pickles w/ dill sauce. Service has been faster in the drive thru than previous visits in past years.
Delicious cheeseburger and tot. Both good taste. Problem is no touch screen menu order. Also they are require voice an order (no window). They are not recommend deaf people.
I stopped in while working in the area. The order was quickly expedited at the drive thru. I ordered the chicken tenders dinner with 5 pieces. It was good. I asked for two cups of barbecue sauce and only received one. Oh well, still good!
We've only been to Sonic a few times in the past. My wife and I were on our way home and wanted a quick meal. We saw this Sonic location and decided to get dinner and ordered at the parked dining spots (I'm not sure what to call these areas where you park your car and order your food). The employee was very polite and courteous and delivered food to our car within 5 minutes or so. The food was good (it is fast food but the burger hit the spot for me) and most importantly for my wife, they had Diet Coke.
We only stopped in here to get the no sugar cherry limeade drink. It didn't seem to be as good as the last time we got it at a different location however.Service was pretty quick however. Normally their shakes are great, but they aren’t as great with styrofoam in them. They broke the cup and placed it into a second cup, leaving the broken cup with styrofoam hanging off inside. I took a big scoop and ended up getting styrofoam with the ice cream. Now I have a shake that I can’t drink. I understand they tried to use a second cup to prevent leaking, but when there is a piece hanging off, just toss the broken cup.
Got home after picking up my food to realize that two sandwiches were missing. Tried calling and no one answered.
I absolutely love this place. Great food and you receive your food in a timely manor. ????
