Absolutely disgusting! I found a fly in my daughter’s tacos and it had laid eggs!!!! I will NEVER eat from here again!! Awful and despicable! If I could give Zero stars, I would!!!
I dined here before covid and had a decent burrito. However this time I had 2 chicken tacos and the meat was super salty, they did not have cheese,lettuce, on topping bar and toppings were not fresh. It was 12 dollars and I did not get a drink. I will not recommend this place and will not return.
They prepared 5 burritos and 2 quesadillas for an online order while we just stood in line with no one else in the whole store with 5 other online bags just sitting there. How long does it take to serve two people in store than make 7 items for someone that is eventually coming.
FIX YOUR COMPUTERS! 2nd time in a week i have gone to try and place team lunch order ($120+) and this location still isnt accepting online orders. and forget about trying to place an order over the phone. Too bad, cause the food is pretty good
What happened to the portions. No meat, maybe a few chunks of chicken in the bowl. The bowls are not even half full. The bag of queso chips had 13 chips in it. Sorry but never coming back. Spent 50 bucks on a snack. Still hungry. And based on the other reviews this is a problem. So do not even respond that my review is important, because you don't care. Because if you did you'd go back to normal portion sizes. But that's not going to happen. This is probably even a crime. I'm just going to order Chinese takeout for now on because at least you know exactly what you're going to get.
Never received my order. The guy in charge was extremely mean!! Never ordering from pancheros again!!! Go to Chipotle!!
Up until today all the staff were always masked. Today neither of the staff members present wore masks. I asked the server to please wear a mask to prepare my food and she refused. I promptly left. I used to go to Pancheros at least once a week to bring home meals for my family - I will never go there again.
I have lowered my ratings, it used to be my fav maxican restsurant in Flemington NJ, however on my recent visit I found it very unorganized. Wait time was over 15mins in queue and when you arrive, the staff didn't pay attention to my order...my order of a bowl was being served from scrapping off the left overs, their veggie tray was over , when i asked for it, they threw in uncooked veggies. My second order for a cheese quesdilla was epic. I had to repeat atleast 7 times that i want chèese because i could see that they added chicken and they ignored me. I guess the staff needs to be trained in english, they were unable to understand what i was saying. I am leaving this review not just out of frustration,however also want them to acknowledge and improve as this place has a lot of potential.
No chips at 1 in the afternoon. I don't eat rice which is 50 % of the meal. I ordered guacamole and it literally was a 1/2 teaspoon full and they charges me over 2.00. I will never go back. Total scam
Used to be great. Used to have enough filling bowls filled with all items asked for not just rice! Its like if they wanted they would just filled 90% rice and 10% other items. Why??? We are paying for a filling meal not just boil rice!! Its like 5 strands of cheese!! Really really disappointed. Almost feel cheated. Please teach your employees to serve correctly! The way it used to be.
