We LOVE Matt's Red Rooster Grill...the food is delicious and beautifully presented, the staff is the BEST. Eat in, or take out, the attention to detail is perfectly perfect.
This is our go to for date night. NYC quality food with the incredible personal touch by Matt, the kitchen staff and wait staff. It’s like gourmet food with family. A bonus is the kitchen bar seats where you see the action happen. We’ve been coming for 10+ years and will continue to make Matt’s part of our everyday “treat” and special occasions.

One of the best attentive staffs ever.We brought our own reusable stainless steel to-go containers for our leftover's and the owner came out to thank us and chat. They also gave us a very nice reusable insulated bag to carry our leftover's. Not to mention the meals are Top Notch.
Great dinner at Matt's Red Rooster Grill! Love the space- old home turned into beautiful restaurant. Food was excellent. I loved the special short rib entree. And, it's BYOB, always a bonus. Service was friendly and efficient. Next time I will definitely ask to sit at the bar to watch the team work the kitchen!
It is our favorite place to have excellent food.Matt and staff never disappoint.
There were 4 of us that had a reservation for 5:30 on very a cold Saturday night. We were quickly seated but it was really close to the exterior door so that every time someone came in a cold breeze hit us on our backs. We adjusted to that as the night moved on. Being that it was our first time here, we decided to each get a different item for our appetizers and entrees. The exception was when ordering the appetizers 2 ordered the mushroom soup along with the calamari and the stuffed poblano pepper which were very good. For the entrees we ordered all fish entrees: Salmon, Cod, Sea Bass and the Tuna. The preparations of each fish dish made them all very good. After we ate, we had coffee and just one dessert. It is very good coffee because I drink my coffee black and yhe dessert was very good, also. The prices very comparable with all of the other restaurants that we go to. Our server Cindy was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable of the dishes and answered any questions that we asked of her. The noise level was high in the restaurant If you are looking for a new restaurant, I highly recommend this restaurant. We shall return.
Matt's has always been a very consistent restaurant. The service is excellent and the food is good. My reason for not giving it 5 stars is because I think the prices are getting a little out of hand. I recently went there with my wife and another couple and the meal for 4 was over 300! And that did not included drinks. I think for a casual restaurant that is very expensive and would make me not want to go there very often. The food was good, the service was excellent and the price was too high.
Great food, great service, great ambiance. Not too loud, very cozy. My Scallops with risotto was excellent and so was the Pork tenderloin dish my wife had. Will definitely go again.
