Second to none restaurant in Flemington Hunterdon NJ. I've always been satisfied with the meal's and service as well as the environment here. It has ample parking as well as handicap parking that I need. Most of the time it's Walk in & be seated or waiting time to be seated is short. The service is quick but not rushed & the meal's are delicious. My family has been there many many time & always been satisfied and happy to have been there with my family. Oh it also has a bar if needed.
So I ate dinner tonight by myself and sat at the bar. Cool place. Never disappoints. I try different things when I’m in town as I am staying overnight at A Motel a few miles away. I’m always impressed by their dress code and professionalism. Tonight the manager came by and asked if everything was great. I don’t see that as much anymore. I couldn’t help but notice he looked a lot and I mean a lot like that Karate Kid character in the 80’s! When I return in a few weeks I will swing by and get my usual steak and cold brewski. This is by far my favorite Longhorn. New Brunswick is good. This is great.
Ok but not great. Servers are great but the food dishes are nothing to rave about. Very small menu and not alot of pasta options. Granted its a steak house but they should offer some better options

For a chain restaurant everything here is surprisingly fresh, well prepared and delicious. Also, the restaurant looks as if it could be quite new but in fact it's been there for a while, which is a testament to how well taken care of it is. The staff has always been nice. I enjoy eating here when in the area!
My friend and I went to have lunch last Thursday 3/10/2022– I got the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich... I ate half of the sandwich before realizing that the chicken was RAW.. yes RAW— outrageousness— I have never experienced anything like it... long story short I got really sick later that day and didn’t recover fully until early Sunday afternoon
Today's chef. Was great! All stakes we ordered in out table was perfect! Not to mention the warm bread!!!
My 22 oz. Longhorn steak was cooked to perfection. The mushroom and cheddar cheese appetizer (with a crunchy topping) is very tasty- I would order again. Same with the chicken wings which were tender and juicy.The decor is very interesting and comforting. Just the right amount of warm light to see your food. and menu.The crew was constantly cleaning adjacent areas even using their cellphone flashlights to see under tables to insure they didn't miss anything.
Good service. Great Margaritas. And perfectly cooked to order rib eye steak.Family atmosphere.
