Place is going downhill. First, the hours were changed and they close very early at 7pm. Sub sizes have gotten smaller. The 'giant' sub is smaller and prices higher (understand this is due to rising gas prices). The past few visits there have been issues with our orders. Last night I ordered the #14 Vege mini for my wife who is a vegetarian. When I got home she said that the sub was missing Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, and Green Bell pepper. It is supposed to have: White Bread, Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil Blend, Oregano, Salt, Green Bell Pepper. What a disappointment. She had to throw the sub out as she literally had a one cheese sandwich. Cost us $6.56. In addition, the employees are only using 1 slicer - the other slicer sits idle. And if you ask for other cheeses, they do not understand that you cannot use the same slicer as meat for vegetarians. They only had American white chees pre-sliced.
Makes great sandwiches, but closing at 7 on Fridays (and early in general)? C'mon people need some ballin sandwiches til at least 9 on Fridays and that's not asking too much
this place is so good a kind man nutted on my sandwich and it tasted very jazzy, it gave me that sparkling water kinda feeling
Updated review. Manager responded to my review about a catering box bread issue and made it right.Thank you Jersey Mikes Flemington!
I got the big Kahuna cheese steak and have had the standard cheesesteak before. They were not bad but not very good either. They were a bit small for the price. The roll was so-so and a bit greasy upon unwrapping after my 6 minute drive to eat it. I ordered the Big Kahuna which is supposed to come with exta AMERICAN cheese. This cheese was not american cheese. instead it was provolone or maybe swiss. I couldn't tell. 'A little disappointed. Otherwise, the place looked clean and the staff were polite. the wait time was acceptable but not perfect for ordering ahead of time by phone.
A bit of a price compared to similar quality subs, no delivery. Did you have gluten-free bread which is really good compared to many other sub shops. Hours are limited, staff seems underpaid for what they are charging.
I've never had a problem with jersey mike's and their food is great, but being refused service at 6:30 when your restaurant closes at 7:15 (stated on the website) is absurd. I understand that may be cutting it close but I was under the impression that Jersey Mike's was fast food. Close the door if you don't want patrons at least. I will not be supporting the Flemington store anymore and will be going somewhere that actually accepts my money.
pretty good, but they dont put enough mayo on the #10
Good hoagie. Easy pick up.
This location made the perfect sub for me and continued the great reputation and service that Jersey Mike’s is known for. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my order and will definitely return. Highly recommend visiting Jersey Mike’s if you are searching for a great sub! I would recommend the cheesesteak, however it still does not include marinara sauce.
