No AC in main room on a 94 degree day
Some years ago, they had good service and delicious coffee. Now, in. 2022, the coffee often tastes burnt, sometimes they give you milk when you ask for cream, and the sweetness is inconsistent. Disappointing.The best Dunkin nearby is on 202 North in Branchburg just past the police station.
Restrooms were a little beat up and could do with some repairs and refreshing. Food and service was great.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I first came in very politely but the female manager who was with a cane was rude and abrupt with me today on 12/20/21 at 12:20pm. I asked if they have the signature white chocolate iced latte which they clearly had in their menu and advertised in the store location. Then the woman barked and said they did not have it. Then when I asked for two peppermint mocha signature latte with almond milk she said two regular lattes when I clearly stated peppermint mocha signature lattes. Then when I asked for half dozen doughnuts she would angrily pick them out which is rude and unprofessional. Furthermore the peppermint mocha does not look like in the advertised pictures at all. There isn't whipped cream or the mocha drizzle. It looks like an average/ subpar latte. Dunkin' Donuts do some re training or hire new management because this manager was rude, unprofessional, and this makes me see the difference in quality and customer service. Next time I'll make the drive to StarbucksI hope that Dunkin Donuts reaches back out to me to remedy this horrible experience because this was unacceptable behavior and unprofessional service when I paid decent money and chose to go to this location. Ridiculous. Additionally we asked for napkins and the manager barked at us said it was “outside”. But a nice decent employee gave us napkins. Come on Dunkin, do better. Remedy this situation.

This Dunkin is okay. Every time I go there, I use the app to order ahead and they literally never have any donuts. Aren’t you called Dunkin Donuts? The last time I went, they gave me a cup that had a dent in the rim where the lid sits (which I didn’t know at first) and when I picked my cup up to drink it the lid completely came off and I spilled hot coffee all over myself. Seriously guys?
