Got to your store tonight at 20 to 9 with 2 people serving customers. Then one guy left to do dishes. We waited patiently and at 9 he came out of back and told the couple ahead of us they were the last to be served and the other 5 customers were out of luck. I told the girl he maybe should have helped the customers rather than doing dishes and it was ridiculous not to serve the patiently waiting customers. Her reply was she didn’t want to be there until 11. Totally rude, unprofessional and the worst I’ve ever been treated anywhere.
You’re open until 8, me and my friend showed up at 7:30 and the doors were closed. Super upsetting, ruined our night.

I really liked how friendly the people were with us; my wife took her time with her selection and the lady was really patient; the place has a cinema feeling; and the ice cream was really good, we got the regular size and it was enough to enjoy at the pace and taking some home; my wife is really picky with the food and she was also pleased with the ice cream
I love the Coffee Lover's Only signature creation, and the ice cream is good, but this place is VERY dirty. Their ice cream case looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned inside. The floors are always dusty. Also, their ice cream case has exposed wires and tubes that are a safety hazard

The two girls working weren’t wearing gloves and one on the workers left to clean up a customers vomit on the floor and then continued right back to making ice cream without washing her hands afterwards and didn’t even put gloves on after that incident??? Disgusting never going back

Not a great service for curbside pickup.. though you request for curbside pickup, had to go into the store to get the order. Also delivered items didn't match the order,there was no note about unavailability of the requested order. Mix ins were not added even though paid extra. Overall need better planning and service.
