I ordered 2 bowls and a taco for me and my family to enjoy. Once i opened it it was 0 tacos two bowls with the meat we didn’t order. They forgot about multiple online orders from the line and this is super annoying. I ordered my food for 9:20 i was out of there by 9:35.
I ordered a meal for pick up with a time a few hours later - it was ready right on time. Ordered two whole items - a drink and a burrito bowl. They forgot my drink. Mind you they were not busy and the lady who handed be the bag checked the receipt. I was in a rush and didn’t notice in time. My mouth was on fire from the spicy sofrito and nothing to wash it down with so I couldn’t eat much of it.
Absolutely horrible. Walked in to no customers, and five employees milling around behind the counter. There was food bits and straw wrappers all over the floor, and every- I'm not exaggerating- every table and high top was obviously dirty with crumbs and spills. The employees watched me wipe my own table with a napkin hence the mess on the floor. 30 dollars for a burrito and salad. Naw. Get sushi or anything else. Food was mediocre at best. The outside is overgrown and when we pulled in we thought they had closed down. I guess they are getting ready. I give them to the end of the summer.
My window pick up order is wrong again!!!! I’m done with this place. I never write reviews but my experience at this location has been the worst. Today, I ordered a burrito bowl, I got a burrito. I ordered extra fajita veggies, not one. I ordered light sour cream, it’s loaded with it. I ordered black beans, not one bean. I ordered cheese, no cheese. How is this possible? Who’s making it? And every single time I pick up, even if I’m there 5 minutes early, it’s cold, it’s like the time you pick means nothing, they make it & they let it sit there. And no phone number to call. Never going back!!
We had a pleasant experience, we ordered online and used the Chipotlane. When we pulled up the order wasn't ready, so the gentleman asks us to go around again. Sure no problem we we're a few minutes early. by time we came around the second time our food was good to go! So happy to have a Chipotle in town and a few minutes from home!
I just paid $26.65 cents for a little bit of meat and a fountain drink, I asked to speak to manager and showed him my food and what I paid for and he didn’t do anything about it , he has speechless and couldn’t give an answer.Next time I’ll go buy a steak at Long horn steak house and will be cheaper.Totally overpriced
Ridiculously small portion sizes, even when you ask for more. Didn't even get a full scoop of anything but rice. The girl making our bowl was almost rude when we asked for corn, maybe gave us a quarter scoop. The chicken was good, and it had just opened so the rice was fresh, the only issue is the serving sizes!
First time at this location. Was very nice. The GM was very straightforward as to why they didn't have guac (and I appreciate his honesty that the avocados were not up to par) my meal was a generous portion. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work?
We visited a least twice a week Chipotle. The food always fresh. The staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend it.
This Chipotle sucks! Easily the worst in the state! Orders are always wrong, food is awful and cold. They don’t care about service or the customers. Shut this dump down until management can figure it out. STAY AWAY!!!!
