No me gusto la comida y el servio pésimo
Upon arrival ; the place wasn’t packed at all and were many open seats and tables. When I walked in, the host had his back turned away from the door and made a remark that he was surprised. He says to me; “excuse me as I go wipe a table clean”, the person I was with observed him walk away to go sit down and was talking with his co workers and for 5 minutes people stared and walked around, after minutes more he quietly walked back to his podium near us and tried to seat us but by that time; I was already plugging in a new restaurant location so I could get the hell out of there. Weird negative vibes from the place and customer service is terrible.
We had dinner for lunch. My ribeye steak was steakhouse quality and my husband loved his baby back ribs.
The young man, Cole , who is a host here is absolutely adorable! He’s hardworking, extremely friendly, and a hustler, which you don’t see much of around here anymore. Our waitress, Maggie, was also incredible and attentive! Some of the best service we’ve had in Flemington in a while
We LOVED our visit!!! Our server Gianna lovely!!! Her colleagues good workers. Shout out to Riley!! Way to hustle kid!! Food is always delicious!!! The hostess who greeted us & the manager Kara also SO NICE!! Kudos to this team!!
chillis is my favorite restaurant. great environment and i love the food. however i applied for a job there as a hostess because i was so excited to work in my favorite restaurant and talk to people. my first 2 training days had gotten messed up and rescheduled which is no one’s fault. my third training day which took place as number 1 went well except they had me working hours after my shift. at first i had told them i couldn’t work on weekends because of my jazz band schedule and they told me i could change my schedule for just the weekdays. then they sent me an e-mail saying my schedule doesn’t fit them and they require every employee to work two days of the weekend. which they failed to tell me and in fact lied to me about after saying i could change my schedule for no weekends. i tried to see if i could just work lunch hour and called the restaurant which i got placed on a call with the general manager and she was very rude with me, called my extra curricular activities “my shit” and very rudely hung up the phone on me when i asked about working lunch hours on weekends. they have lied to me and failed to tell me important factors about working there that they purposely left out. however this isn’t the first time she has done this. at first when my training days got messed up, i had called to see if i could reschedule and again that manager picked up the phone, rushed our call, had a nasty tone with me, and once again rudely hung up the phone the middle of my sentence with a simple “im busy now. bye!” and ending the call. they never even reached out to me to ask about rescheduling or working things out. they left it pretty much all up to me to reach out and then this manager would be nasty and act mad when i would. even though she wasn’t even doing her job to help me when she’s the one who knows what she’s doing, not me. not just the rude manager but also from my 1 work day and hearing others story, they don’t even cut the employees at the time they see supposed to. meaning they were working at least an hour or two overtime without even getting paid for it. they got paid for 4 hour shifts when they were working about 5-6 hour shifts. completely ridiculous and glad i quit before they could ruin the whole resturaunt for me as a whole. sorry. all i can say is it’s a cute restaurant and the employees (waiters and waitresses and hostess are nice and 2 other managers i met. not the one i’m talking about particularly). would not recommend working there. sorry to say this because i so love it there to eat just not to work.
I love this place. The service is always amazing, the food is great and you always have a great time. Kara is so great. Very pleasant, makes you feel at ease. 10 stars!!
Kira did a great job. Had a few Miller Lites and combo fajitas and a few appetizers. All came out hot and fresh. We’ve been to Flemington a few times and this was by far the best experience. Kira is definitely professional and an asset to the store.
Had combo fajitas and The fried onion with a few brews. Excellent service at the bar from Kira. She was friendly and handled the bar flawlessly. We will be back and sit at the the bar with her for sure
This is the third time I have been here. The total impression is that it is cheap and very generous volume. Chips and salsa are basically with free refill. Chili was full of beef and a little bit salty.... Mexican food is always full of passionate feeling... A lot of family parties over here... I can see people enjoy their dining here... What more can you ask? Service is good and prompt....
