45 minute wait and all we got was a soda and bread they did take the order but the poor girl who was only there with one other server kept saying I’m not supposed to be over here apparently they had two parties booked back to back not enough staff why would you do this? Finally I saw a manager come out and go to a table to complain but totally walked past us knowing that we also complained so I don’t know when or if I’ll ever go back it’s very disappointing it was one of our favorite places
I really do enjoy the food at, Al Fresco’s, but this one waiter was so unbelievably unprofessional and annoying. He was young looking with black hair and, I believe he said his name was, Al or Alex. Something with an “A”. I’m convinced he might’ve done something to our food, but we were truly nothing, but nice to, him. He kept giggling and he would leave for minutes on end and not check in, or bring us refills when we asked. Don’t know if, I will be returning to this establishment.
Absolutely love Alfresco's! The staff is so welcoming and the food is delicious! The Chicken Giambotta is one of the Best dishes we have ever had!!! Their pizza is superb, always get the Hawaiian!!! Highly recommend the experience!!!
The food and service are fabulous! I used to go here for dinner once a week with my friends when I lived in the area. They still go! Can't go wrong with this restaurant.
This was a pick up to go meal.....Penne vodka with pink sauce, it's just over cooked penne w plain tasteless pink sauce nothing else. The salads in small containers were 1/2 way filled and contained lettuce, 1/2 slice of cucumber. No salad dressing offered or given. The garlic bread was cooked perfect but lacked any real amount of garlic and butter....overall bad experience and mist definitely will not eat there again.
We had an amazing meal from Al Fresco’s! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Our family has tree nut allergies and gluten allergies, they were great with both. I have been gluten free for 20 years and was blown away by the wide variety of gluten free options they have! Since they make everything fresh they can make everything gluten free! Nothing gluten free prepackaged, they make it all on their own. You can taste the difference! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone gluten free looking for an amazing dining experience! They even made us gluten free chicken noodle soup when we were all sick :) Thank you Al Fresco’s!
Rarely disappointed with the food or service at Al Fresco's. This location has been through some name changes over the years but never strayed from an open air Italian restaurant with good food. Reminiscent of the atmosphere you find at Maggianno's and the menu featured at Bensi's.
They were super kind and helpful in a lot of ways. They quickly seated a table of 7 and we're knowledgeable and polite in answering a lot of answers about food allergens and the like. Fast service and delicious food ??
No more gluten free menus and none of the front end employees could agree on what was gluten free. I am never going back. My husband and I went here for his birthday. We called on the phone to ask a question and we were brushed off because “there was too much going on and they were too busy”. We decided to go there to eat figuring that maybe they just had a lot of pick up orders. When we got there it was empty! I asked for a gluten free which they don’t have anymore but was told they could do pizza or pasta gluten free. I ordered the pizza with was not even fully cooked! I also asked if the cheese was pasteurized and the waitress asked the manager who responded with I think, he eventually did go check but was in no hurry nor did he seem to care about my question. The manager also checked in with every other table besides ours. I also had to wait over 10 minutes for my water cup to be filled.
