This was my first time experiencing Habit Burger on the east coast; I had no idea they even had locations outside of California, so I was excited to try this Fair Lawn location last night.We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Chris’ exceptional service. He turned our visit into a full experience. After spending quite a few years in the industry of QSR management, I was seriously impressed by his level of professionalism, friendliness, and speed of service. Chris made sure to repeat our order back to us (including each ingredient on our respective burgers), and he was extremely charismatic and seemed genuinely happy to take our order. He walked the restaurant and checked in on how every guest was doing; he even offered to bring us more sauce for our green beans! Any restaurant would be very lucky to have Chris on their team.Service and leadership like this is the fuel that keeps great restaurants moving. We will DEFINITELY be back, and I will be highly recommending this location to everyone I know. Well done!!!
The food is slightly above fast food level burgers. Good if that's what you're looking for. However, since covid I have ordered takeout multiple times and they ROUTINELY forget items in my order. It's a bummer to have to drive back to the restaurant because your 4 yo is crying because they forgot their nuggets... AGAIN. Check you orders before you leave people!

I've waited for years to try this place out. And, I must say that I was dissapointed. The burgers were dry and tasted like frozen patties that was on the grill too long at a cookout. However, the onion rings were really good. It's a burger place, so i'm grading on the burger, and they missed the mark big time. Not impressed at all. The look of the burger was unimpressive too...it looked just thrown together. Not sure if I'll give it another try.
So now uber and doordash drivers have to serve customers drinks for delivery, like are you that lazy smh. If i have to do other peoples jobs then that order is being delivered without drinks, same way the employees don’t care I can care even less! Don’t like your job quit.
This place rocks. The burgers, shakes, and fries are excellent. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Love coming here to grab lunch or dinner.
Tried this place for the 1st time today. Ordered a veggie burger and French fries for curbside pickup. They made the food fast but the person who came out to give me the food was not wearing a mask which made me very uneasy. Food tasted very bland and I used so many condiments to give the fries and burger flavor. Will not be ordering from here again.

Did a door dash from this location. Food felt like it was sitting for hours. Everything specific to the order (cheese, no tomato, no lettuce, no onion) was made exactly opposite (no cheese, extra tomato, lettuce and onion). The chicken club sandwich was more of an avocado and tomato sandwich than chicken. The sweet potato fries felt refrigerated and soggy. For the price paid, I’d advise any and everyone to stay away unless you enjoy wasting money.
food is always good but takes forever. been waiting on my food 30 min and multiple people have ordered and gotten their food before me.
