Not a fan. We ordered short ribs and got slabs of roast beef. Our server spoke so softly we could barely hear him and we were left waiting constantly. The lava cake we ordered was cold and solid inside. The bait and switch with the short ribs was the worst though. For $28 a plate I expect what I order. Won't go again. A shame.
Where do I even begin........First off, let me preface this by saying that their manager, " Aaron Scanlon" did indeed try his best to make an unpleasant dining experience as good as possible, but even his efforts can not overcome the short comings of everyone else employed by this restaurant.As a party of 10 adults celebrating a birthday, we tried to make a reservation for a Saturday night but were told they don`t take reservations, but upon our arrival we were told that all the empty tables we saw were reserved....hmmmm.We were then informed that reservations for Saturday night are cut off on Wednesday, fair enough, but no one had informed us of that.They then proceeded to try and seat us at high top tables out on the patio, irrelevant of the cold early April night, of appx 40 degrees......After refusing to sit at these tables, I requested to see the manager, Aaron, who was able to accommodate us at a regular table, although still out on the patio.This is where it really gets good, the manager then proceeds to tell us that parties of 8 or more are required to order of a special menu, with limited options, all at higher prices than the regular menu. Again, after refusing to do so, he agreed to let us order off the regular menu....The place is definitely more of a drinking establishment then a dining restaurant.I won`t even get into the nightmare with the valet parking.....I would think that a party of 10 adults, spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on a night out, would get better treatment......but I guess that`s only me
great service, good food Saturday should be more than brunch items noise from River Road not pleasant
I had a great time with friends and family. The food was tasty. The drinks and beer selection was superb. Have the Cosmos! The beer on tap from Local brewers was tasty.

You can literally never go wrong with this place. Brunch, events, dinner, drinks, you name it and the experience is ALWAYS great. I have been frequenting this place for almost a year now and it really has a special place in my heart. The food is fantastic - always hot, always fresh, and always delicious. If I'm being honest, the drinks steal the show. I don't think I have tried a cocktail there that I didn't like. They are always coming out with new drinks and specials too! Not to mention the great atmosphere! Perfect for a night out. And of course the staff - we love them all! Pablo has done such a great job and constantly makes use feel like not just customers, but also family. So worth checking out if you haven't already!
Had my birthday party there with a party of 7. Was seated right away and was happy because they were crowded. Our server was great, always smiling and ready to take as many photos we wanted. Drinks were great and reasonably priced. The appetizers came out fast and the main courses came out at the perfect time. Not to early or to late. We all loved our dishes and some of us took leftovers home.
Great vibes. First time I try this place and I loved the drinks and service is Phenomenal. Bartender Danny is one of a kind he’s so talented makes the best drinks and so pleasant. Would love to come again here and make this place a regular spot
Would recommend the craftsman to anyone! From girls night out, to events, to a first date, to casual and fine dining… the craftsman does not disappoint anyone looking to have a good time! The cuisine, drinks and decor are absolutely show stopping! The only thing more impressive than the experience itself is the staff! My waitress and bartenders were so personable and accommodating. I went on a busy Saturday night and could not tell the restaurant was so packed! The GM Pablo was a part of the whole experience. We were greeted at the door, had small conversation and was informed on top sellers that did not fall short of their praise! I was hesitant to try a new restaurant on a busy weekend night and I cannot wait to return back to the craftsman and be greeted by my beautiful new friend Pablo!
One of the best places to go for good food,good fun . The staff is great and very friendly the manager Pablo is the best, always pleasant and works very well with his staff… always a Great time… Ladies Night on Thursday are the best Martinis $7.00
