Good and respectful staff! They even served us the soup we love from here. Warm food and warm welcoming staff takes it a notch up!!! Thanks for the wholesome meal!! Would definitely love to be back here.
Horrible service and food. The presentation of the food was very messy.Food was not tasty. DisgustingFood was delivered without a receipt.I called to get a receipt and cashier said that she is too busy to help me.
I ordered a large bowl online and it was halfway filled. It’s unbelievable I had to pay $10 for the amount for a small bowl. They are very stingy with how much rice they add.
Got the Mac n queso today. Picked up exactly when my order was ready and it was cold! There was barely any Mac and cheese as it was like 60% toppings. I had high hopes but I don’t recommend getting this item because it’s not as filling as a bowl. Plus They snuck in a piece of steak(?) into my meal and I don’t eat beef so overall sloppy
Sloppy. Sloppy interior, sloppy kitchen, sloppy line, and even sloppier service. These people could not care less about their customers or their surroundings, possibly even about themselves. No self respect evident at all, in any of the three employees I interacted with. Food would be tasty if there was even a modicum of care put into it's preparation. The ingredients and tools are all there, just hire people who care and teach them how to use them.
Guy taking my order must be a shareholder, giving me as little food as possible in my burrito. $13+ for a burrito and a regular fountain drink. Wrap was stale / overly firm in places. Fountain soda was awful. I reported it and the cashier gave me a bottle and did nothing to resolve it. Hopefully, to go people will take a sip before leaving versus getting home and pouring it out. Overall, overpriced and pretty lousy.
bunch of careless workers needs new management and workers and they will be good agian. ordered a quesadilla once and they forgot the cheese. unbelievable.

I felt very uncomfortable placing an online pickup order and having to call about an issue. I always order extra protein (chicken) because myself and my 5 year old son share the meal. I am still uncomfortable even writing this, I am not one to complain. But, I didn’t even get ONE serving of chicken, let alone EXTRA that I paid for. And I order fajita veggies also. There were 3 green peppers and a couple sautéed onions. I am very disappointed because even a week ago it was really good. It’s a shame I have to go somewhere else now. And it’s a shame I basically wasted twenty bucks on rice. Sorry guys, very dissatisfied… even after calling and being very respectful and calm I was just told I was wrong and that’s that. Not cool guys. I am mostly upset for my son who gets excited about his chicken and quest bowl. Smh
