The owners are very cheap about garbage cans.They usually get the orders right. The lady here was complaining that she was missing a few things from her drive thru order. No I'm sorry. No compensation for having to leave the car and come in. Probably die to the fact that they're always busy and make millions for the owners.The owners are very cheap about garbage cans. This place needs better service and fast service, be prepared to wait if you come here, this is the main reason I hardly ever come here. It’s been months since I’ve been here and I still see there’s no change at all in staff and service. I came on a weekend May 1st a Sunday before 8:30pm and I was told they were only taking cash I was so mad I only had my card at the time, very disappointed and huge inconvenience. This place just keeps getting worst each time.
Employees are nice but morale seems low. This place is in desperate need for a remodel too. No reason the McDonald’s in Paterson and Newark should be nicer then a McDonald’s in fairlawn. A play area for the young kids would be nice too

This location has been a savior for me due to their late hours of operation and I’ve used their service for two years.However, March 11th 2022 I had a disappointing and discouraging experience.First, their external menu display in the drive thru lane was NOT lit up.I got in line at 20:48 and inched my patiently to the order speaker/tower. I waited for two minutes before calling out to enquire if there was anyone there ? I waited another minute then, as the car in front of me moved up to the service window I moved forward.I assumed there was a problem with theirOrder tower and this was the reason the drive Thru was in darkness. Finally at 21:15 I made it to the service window and I was refused service! No amount of explaining that their lights being off and no response at the order tower for minutes, Made me assume it wasn’t working… could change their minds.I was told there had been just three people working and I should have continued waiting . Further more I could get back in line behind ( 7 ) cars that were now lined up or leave!!!After literally waiting 23 minutes I ended up leaving empty handed after having waited in line like everyone else.Whoever is responsible for maintaining the property ( including the lighting of the crucial signs ) needs to step up their professionalism.This entire event was avoidable.
Price gouging at its finest. This the most expensive McDonalds around this area! I couldn’t believe it just for fast food. Greedy owners. Will not return to be ripped off.
Asked for shamrock shakes, they asked what size i wanted, and then when i got to the window they told me they did not have shamrock shakes. The display for the order at the drive thru does not work and the speaker for it barely works
Food always hot and fresh. Clean and parking is good. Staff very friendly
If you want to pay double for your McDonald's then this is the one to go to. I'm not even kidding. I ordered a large Big Mac meal here and it came to $16 and change. I actually even asked them if they charged me for two by accident because normally a large number one meal is around $10. But they confirmed for me that they were only charging me for one. That was and will be the last time I ever go to that McDonald's. Literally every other McDonald's around here doesn't charge nearly as much for their food. I guess because they're in Fair Lawn they think people make more money so therefore they can pay more for fast food. It's a pretty bad way of doing business if you ask me.
THEY CHARGED ME 9 MCCHICKENS WHICH I ASKED FOR, BUT THEY ONLY GAME ME 5. LOL. 50$ dollars I spent on an order, just to find out that it was not complete.
