We were hungry and was going to eat Mexican food and while driving I looked at this place and wanted to try and I am so glad I did, the food is amazing, we ordered the platter with rice and flafal and it was delicious, everything was fresh and great flavor, be careful with the red sauce because it’s very spicy! The place was busy, a lot of workers, the food was ready in few minutes, no indoor seating but have a lot of outdoor seating!
Platter I had was great but DO NOT GET THE FALAFEL BITES!!! They charged about 5 dollars for them and stuffed the cup with lettuce to make it look like I got more than I did. Never had issues with this place before so this dirty trick surprised me alot.
Placed an online order at the Hackensack location in error and try to pick up at this Fair Lawn location. The staff was very busybut understanding when I told him what had happened. Are they made me the two platters, and corrected the situation quickly. Excellent customer service and tasty food! I was so appreciative.
Juicy Platters never disappoints! They make their food super fast and the orders are never wrong. I love the falafel wrap and their white sauce and hot sauce is great!
Customer service is A1, the only reason I gave a 5 star is because of customer service. Food was ok, Juicy Platters is now how they used to be. I used to get excited for juicy platters but now it’s like whatever now. It’s something to get when you’re out of options like your last resort. Before it used to be very juicy and delicious; but now it’s dry like with no flavor to it.
I went to Juicy Platter for years. Since last year, they have reduced the portion drastically and is not worth visiting anymore. You will definitely loose your long term customers by cutting portions like this and deteriorating your quality and quantity.
Worst place to eat; Run for yourMoney elsewhere. There was a bug and hair in my Togo meal. Right away I tossed it out the window. How can you serve us like this? This is wrong and an impeccable behavior. Your in thsi business for ratings and money or really in the hospitality business? Learn to run a business and half your workers look unsatisfied working there. Your flavors taste stale and don’t mark up the genuine taste of a platter. Standards are low and the customer service is the worst. Once again run and don’t go here unless you want bugs and hair in your food.
It was the right food at the right time! My wife and I went there after I finished with a meeting in Hackensack and we were both very hungry. So the first time there I was apprehensive when I saw a very short menu which kinda looked one dimensional. Well, to my pleasant surprise I ordered the chicken over rice with side of spicy chick peas and falafel and my wife ordered the chicken on pita. It was just very satisfying and delicious. Kudos to the staff for making it look easy, because you can tell they were very busy.
I like it because it introduce me to a ew cuisine ad also was pretty deliciously
Hours are wrong , it’s says they close at 12, however as i was about to walk in guy at register signal me off saying they’re closed (it is 10 pm).Update : Mark from juicy platters reached out and apologized for the inconvenience . Seems like google did not update the hours for the business. I’m glad to see that juicy platters makes the effort to keep their customers satisfied and it definitely reflects on their food as well !
