I went inside that place at 5:15pm today, i saw only one girl worker named Kimara working there,all by herself! Right after me 4 more customers came in. My order was long, they were also orders that were made online and 4 more customers are waiting for her too... i felt really bad for everyone! For worker, for customers!! This girl works from 3-10pm all by herself, all overwhelmed.... It's not even safe to stay there by herself!! Owners do something about it ASAP please!!!!
Bathroom is not clean. Please greet customers, and be polite; customer service is disappointing. Will Try Starbucks on Rt 208 instead.
Today I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts and was very disappointed with one of your staff members, she was training a new staff and the way she talk before me the customer, I was so upset I had to tell her how nasty her behavior, how can you get new staff in if this is the way they are treated by there pairs.
Went to this DD because my regular is closed. Had a line but went quick, seems a little more organized and had more help.
To anyone visiting here, if you mess up your order or don’t like what you got, you can reorder without paying for what you don’t want. That’s DD’s policy. Some employee’s if you ask will say it’s on you, but if you are firm and say I don’t want this, they will give you a refund or something else.
Coffee is terrible and the place is funky inside. Went once and will not go back.
