The worst experience. They donno what they doin. giving someones order to somebody else, no coordination in the staff. Staff, no manners, rough and rude. Hate it, big NO TO THIS LOCATION
Absolute worst experience ever. My order never delivered, called dominoes, demanded, practically begged to speak with the manager. When he got on the phone, he was talking to everyone in the store but refused to acknowledge the telephone call. I kept Calling out hello, to which he responded, “I’m to busy for this, if you want to call and complain, my name is Juan, call corporate” and he hung up the phone. Suffice to say, i will Never order dominos again
Small kitchen 6 guys inaide no masks at all, poor service, food is being handled bare hands no protective gloves
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza on Friday, it was delivered late, the driver got lost, it was the complete wrong order and it was cold. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and they told me he wasn’t there and they couldn’t help me or redeliver the correct order. They told me they were understaffed and told me to call back the next day as they didn’t know how to give a refund. I’ve left several messages, yet no response. Terrible customer experience, and I would never, ever order from them again.
The guys here are swift, professional, and courteous. For best experience I recommend a pickup though, not delivery.
I ordered on the app with chicken and black olives as toppings,we got onions and spinach instead and I have the proof on the app for what I ordered
Service was poor and somewhat rude. I ordered online and requested car side drop off. The guy warned me that next time he will not do car side drop off during day time hours. Nothing of that sort was mentioned in their website. the guy was not wearing mask. As he was talking to me I noticed spittle from his mouth. I don't know if they cover their mouth when handling food.
Noone has on a mask, not protective anything ummmmmm helllllooooo people we are very much still battling with COVID-19... I'M VERY SADDEN TO HAVE HAD TO SEE THIS AFTER ORDERING FOR PICKUP. I DIDN'T ACCEPT ORDER AFTER WALKING INTO THIS FRANCHISE AND ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE OF THEM HAD ON A MASK AT LEAST. ?????
