I just left the Fairlawn location, and I have a recommendation for anyone serving an/or preparing food. The young lady that made my order, had her blonde long hair hanging down around her face. I advised her that her hair should be back from around her face. The young lady flipped her hair behind her ear, and continued to prepare the order. She did not wash her hands thereafter, and the woman on the rotisserie station gave a look and no correction was stated. Being a Chef and ServSafe Proctor, this entire meal is no longer edible. I didn’t cause a scene at the restaurant, but want someone to make the proper correction to food safety and hygiene. Thank you, CHEFKEISHA
We’re visiting from MI and I wanna know why this Boston Market taste wayyyy better than the Allen Park MI location???? Lol Their customer service is better too I like how the young lady didn’t waste anytime and she was fast like boom what would you like? Boom what’s your two sides? Boom anything else? Like ooookkkaaayyyy sis that’s how you serve.
The mac & cheese was significantly over-salted, but the rest of the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely plan on stopping here again!

I'd never been to a Boston Market before. The two ladies up front weren't very friendly but they were helpful. I got a chicken pot pie and it was delicious. They did not have any chickens fully cooked so my other half got turkey stuffing and mashed potatoes. All delicious. I would like to come back and try other things!
Me and my friend visited the fair lawn branch . To use promo code whole chicken&side $3.60 . When we at register to make payment manager ( man & woman both ) said $11 sth . We just asked to understand the difference between promo code and register they yelled at us and we left the store without buying anything.they were very rude we didn’t understand why they act like that. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Don’t buy anything from here
Your rotisserie chicken was toooooo salty I never tasted your food so salty the mac and cheese had was to salty straighting up an fly right, now i gotta go to the Boston Market and clifton nj
We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from them. Easy pick up and everything was pretty good. So much easier than cooking
Simple way to put it: The food is great.The food is delicious; it is a quick grab and go for most of the items. One of my favorite items that they have are the mashed potatoes and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I usually order a bunch of these sandwiches all at once when I have friend over. They all love the food as well. One other thing that I love is the desserts that they have. They all have great flavor and shows you that they are made with a level of care which reminds you of your childhood sweets and candies. The only complaint that I have is that the whole chicken is somewhat dry on the inside. Overall, a very great place to order dinner. I will definitely recommend to others and will definitely come back again.
I walked in a few days ago. I never had trouble coming here before but the staff needs to be better! The young hispanic guy was very nice and polite however one of the girls have a serious attitude problem and should not speak to costumers in the way that she did. Unacceptable. The food was good, the chicken a little dry but other than that the costumer service is what’s the problem here.
