If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Lydia and Sam are the most lackluster and unprofessional service members I have ever spoken with- not to mention lack the mindset to hold themselves accountable. My partner and I had ordered a chicken cheesesteak (which is something we had ordered before) and a regular cheesesteak. On the phone ordering, my boyfriend specifically mentioned more than once that he cannot eat beef and pork due to an allergy and the guy said "ok yeah chicken cheesesteak". Upon arriving home with our order, we open the sandwiches to find out that they were both indeed beef cheesesteaks. My boyfriend immediately called back to discuss the issue and Lydia had informed my boyfriend that they did not make chicken cheesesteaks. Confused my boyfriend continued to say that that is in fact what he ordered and Lydia, instead of taking accountability, said her manager Sam said he never ordered a chicken cheesesteak. This back and forth went on 5 minutes so I stepped in and spoke with Lydia and addressed that not only was this incorrect but that we have had chicken cheesesteaks from here before and even my friends have ordered Chicken cheesesteaks from here very recently. After 10 minutes, she finally understood the request and assured me. I felt uneasy so I called to reconfirm the order for pick up and immediately Lydia switched the phone to Sam, who said that this was our fault, that he never ordered a chicken cheesesteak. My boyfriend who is deathly allergic to beef, made sure to express his allergy and was verified this was going to be chicken, which when I told Sam this and mentioned that if he did consume beef he could die, Sam said that it was not him or the restaurant's fault and that he should check. The Tonality in which Sam continued to speak to me was demeaning, shifting the blame, and being fine with poor reviews for his restaurant, as he cut me off at every chance he could until I became furious and cursed, to which he hung up. I called again to make sure that this order would be done correctly, to which Sam said yes. We arrived to pick up the order and it was made. This ordeal spanned almost an hour and a half. I am not only extremely disappointed because this place had amazing cheesesteaks (which you could get garlic bread as the bread) but the service and quality of staff has deteriorated, none of this seems to also be an effect of Covid since we had ordered well into Covid. To Sam & Lydia, you both should be ashamed at the way you spoke to me and my boyfriend (not son like you thought he was?), because even if a customer is or isn't always right, there is a respect and demand to help with allergy related requests, which you both failed to do and take accountability for your shortcomings.

My issue was not with the food itself, it was with the delivery driver. I placed my order through Uber eats which I always tip after I have received my food. The driver called me not even two minutes after he had handed me my food and I had come back into my house asking me why I had not yet left a tip, I proceeded with telling him I always tip after because that is the option that Uber eats provides for its customers. He started yelling at me telling me gas is not cheap, he does not work for Uber eats (He is the driver from the restaurant itself) and next time he sees that it is my address he will be delivering to he will make sure the order does not go out because it is a waste of his time. This was completely unprofessional. Disappointed and I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I hate writing bad reviews, But this was my first time ordering and Never again.Chicken Parm was soggy , Penne Vodka needs seasoning & Curlyfries were the only thing good .Called the store to ask where our order is since that is exactly what Uber eats stated to do & Were completely rude.

I came in to order a slice yesterday. Wile waiting for the food I saw the cook and I say "Cook" because a chef would never do this. Wipe his nose with bare hand and went in for the doe to make a pie.We been ordering there since 1998. That was disappointing to see.PS.Looks like the only reason this place has four starts is because of the old owners.

Ordered 15 dollar spaghetti small portion, poor attitude at register , pick other places Ness or Turvinos, better portions and taste.

It appears that you are mad and frustrated about your interaction with the driver. However, The ladies that work at the front counter are the best to give you service. Indeed from experience with them. Sadly you would lose out on some of their delicious hot sandwiches; I usually buy the meatballs parmigiana and shrimp parm sandwiches. I also love some of their pasta. They also serve me the best service since. The young man is only a driver the tips you put that's his pay. why do you have to pay him based on the food quality. He's not the one who prepares the food. He is the one who saves your time and delivers the food to your door. Please don't wait to taste the food then tip because, as I said, he's doesn't cook the food, and the tip does not go to the cook. It's a thank you for saving your time.Sorry, buddy, you will be missing out on some of their delicious food.

Will never order again from here. I ordered online via food delivery app, driver showed up 25 minutes AFTER the estimated time window closed, however that is not the real issue. Real issue that the driver started demanding a tip and telling me that the tip amount is blank. I told him, why would the tip amount not be black if tips are left AFTER the order is complete, if the food is hot and if the delivery is made within timely manner and I can add the tip in the app after the delivery. He again says, but there is no tip listed. I asked the delivery guy, are you asking me for a tip? He answered No, I am just letting you know. I told him, as I stated this is an app order and tips can be added after delivery is done. At this point he turned around and as he started walking away he mumbled something under his nose, I asked him to turn around and say it again whatever that is that he said. He ignored several times and walked to his car.. This was a younger man of what appeared to be an Arabic descent. Now, to the owner of the restaurant, was this good customer service? Does this driver deserve a tip? This was my FIRST AND LAST order from this place, ohh and obviously I will also inform others not to order from you due to incompetent, bad customer service and obviously employing an individual with 0 manners! P.S. Pizza was cold, wings were warm.

$5 and something is too much only one slice of plain pizza, definitely not recommended this place...

I've been a customer for over 15 years and always order the calzones because each one was so big that they would have to put in a large pizza box. I ordered tonight and they handed me a small pizza box with 2 calzones in it. To top it off the one was missing the ham. I called to complain and the girl who answered was rude and kept saying I don't know what to tell you because I don't make them. When I said that I really only come out of my way for the size and quality of the calzones & now I will probably go else where. She just hung up without any other word.
