I just love Starbucks! Their drinks are delicious an the customer service is unmatched! I so appreciate that whenever I walk into a Starbucks, the employees speak kindly to me, smile, and do not act annoyed even if I take ten minutes to decide what I want or ask a ridiculous amount of questions about a drink's contents ?. If I'm being honest, I think some of the frappuccinos are too sweet, but there are people that like that. It's all about preference. The prices are really high, but that's understandable considering how hard the baristas work. I'm happy to go every so often and treat myself to a delicious coffee, since I can't afford to buy Starbucks every day. But the best thing about Starbucks is the customization options. You can make drinks pretty much however you like. Overall, it's a fantastic place to go, whether you have dietary restrictions or health restrictions and are a coffee enthusiast, or simply love to customize your drinks.

First time in the newly renovated space and I’ve been sitting here for about 20 minutes.Upon entering my first impression: shock. It’s completely different from the walls and decor to the vibe. It used to feel like a friend’s living room; today it feels like the waiting lobby in a doctor’s office—dry. The really cool chalkboards that told the customer was on brew, what was new, what to try are gone and have been replaced with 3 TV screens. One screen is off, the other is flashing the LG logo and message “No Signal” and the third has those crazy lines you get on a screen when something is seriously wrong and likely not fixable. The whole front side of this space is windows and there used to be seating in front of them all. No more. There is a tall counter without stools (maybe they’re in transit?) and a fixings station (sugar, napkins, etc). There is ample seating— a long couch is stocked with 2-person tables. There’s still less seating however. Gone are the cozy 1-person cushion chairs, the counter at the barista bar where you could sit, work, and take breaks chatting with the friendly baristas.I ordered my tea and egg white bites and they taste as they always do. But eating and sipping in this space feels different and I’m leaning towards not in a good way. Especially if you consider that I went to plug my laptop and discovered that (1) the outlets on the base of the couch are covered and (2) I discovered that they’re likely covered because they don’t work. No power. (Yes, I took the cover off of the outlet nearest to me). What a disappointment!!! Like, all around. Sometimes change is wack. I’ll stay open to feeling differently after I’ve been in here for a bit. I guess that rests on how long my laptop battery lasts…

Had the most bizarre barista who haha was definitely buzzed off something for sure named John? as funny as it was to see, we heard some questionably rude comments from him, but could be just a bad day. Out of experience This shop is usually one of my favorites, but will probably support else where due to the weird experience with this barista..

I visited on a chilly, drab morning. Store was clean including the restroom. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, as was my dark roast. Coffee was fresh and served at the optimal temperature.

I had the worst experience this month when I asked for a peppermint mocha latte with oat milk. I can only assume the male barista thought it was a silly request because he said "Whatchu mean?" It was one of the worst experiences I have had. The male barista who seemed to be new face was extremely condescending. He talked loud and disrespectfully to me for over 5 minutes. We exchanged words and it was very embarrassing. I reached out to the manager who was busy and I spoke to one of the female baristas who has always been really nice when I go. She understood and offered me a free drink which I accepted. However, I have decided to not return as often because I really cannot believe that behavior like this is acceptable at Starbucks.Plant Shed which isn't too far away has amazing artisanal creamy drinks and I have been going to them in lieu of Starbucks if they are open. Just don't feel comfortable after that incident.

This is the worse Starbucks ever. Every time I come here the wait is ridiculous. I usually go out my way to go to Fort Lee Starbucks because the wait here is soooo long! and I work in Englewood. They need more staff and need to do better avoid this location.:(

Pretty spacious, nice baristas, decently tidy, but a little slow service.

I finally stopped here on my way to work this morning. The location is very accessible for all types of wheels ( strollers, wheelchairs, bikes). There a wide door with a smooth, unobstructed ramp to the coffee shop. This is extremely important, I commute by bike and need to be able to access facilities easily ( no steps, roundabouts, narrow entrances). I ordered and received my cold brew in my personal cup in less than 5 minutes . The service was friendly and I was happy to be in/out quickly.

I was the only one on line, so my service was super quick. Got my usual iced caramel macchiato which was delicious. Could have been a little cleaner, but I think that from all Starbucks that they lack on cleanliness... was a tuesday afternoon, around 1 30 pm and almost all seats were taken except 1 table.

They can never get my order right. Make customer wait with breakfast order made then i get it cold. Drinks are never made custom to order. I will not return i rather go to another location. Pumpkin spice never taste like pumpkin spice. Staff is dismissive and does not pay attention to customers.
