I brought 6 Pies today at my local Shoprite and all 6 had mold.
I ordered the sweet potato pies based on the reviews. They were not good. I’ve had better.

My name Tyrone I had a chance to meet Tod this morning at the Shoprite in JC. He came across as a humble and down to earth brother. As a person that loves supporting black own businesses, I immediately purchased three of the mini pies. I encourage others to give them try as well you wont be disappointed.
Mr. Tod's pies are the best tasting pies that I have ever tasted. My family loves the sweat potato pies, but my personal favorite is the banana cream pie!And the customer service is awesome. Very clean and professional.James Super
Fabulous pies!! We are on our third order. We have had the pumpkin, banana cream, and Reese’s peanut butter cup cream pie. Banana Cream pie is by far the best dessert I have ever had. Reese’s cream pie is to die for, and may be the most decadent thing one can eat. Tod is a great guy and clearly put his heart and soul into his baking. Very happy to have discovered this NNJ treasure!
Best pies and cobblers hands down! Reminds me of the sweets my grandmother bakes. Also ordering is very easy and the pies ship frozen and rewarm instructions are included.
