This McDonald is awesome!! The manager, Mr. Easton, provides great customer service and runs his store very well. I Grew up in Englewood and often time come here. My last experience with Mr. Easton, Andres, and hady right before closing was wonderful! They were very kind and patiently took my order even though they were clearly in the process of closing! Mr. Easton made fresh french fries for me, Hady made my delicious sandwich and Andre made my drink just the way I asked! I was pleasantly surprised, at that time of night, with the great customer service I received!
My child now calls this place bug-donalds.
I didn't want to put any stars. Why are they still not doing dine in? It's ridiculous that every other nearby McDonalds is open to sit n eat except this one. Another time I'll be going to Englewood but won't be getting my business and will not do take out. It's a shame because I would of sat and ate many times by now. Oh well not going to eat at this location. I used to love it here heck my sister worked at this one in the 80's. Too Bad.

I am so sick of the unprofessionalism of the tall manager that is there. From allowing homeless people to hang out in the lobby to talking to his employees having a good old time where there is a group of people waiting for their food is utterly ridiculous.
As usual fast-food
I was in the area, pressed for time, and looking for a cheap lunch. Food was served lightning fast. The meal was ok. Close to the GWB.
Customer service was really good ... believe it or not. I had no issue, but everyone was quite nice.. that I came in contact with that morning.
Bought take out. No big deal
