Place is dirty and the kids making the ice cream rolls had an attitude when I expressed mine was not correct. Bathroom was a disaster no one obviously cleaned in there for awhile.
We had gone to Victorio’s pizzeria in the nearby area we saw this as we drove around town to pick what we wanted for lunch then we saw this and we definitely wanted to try it. Roll ice cream is different and yummy if you’ve never had it. Bubble to is the best; but not everybody can make it but this place definitely made it very delicious. I definitely recommend coming here Customer Service was extremely amazing.
This place is not what it used to be. Ice cream and boba still tastes good, however prices have risen to a ridiculous amount. The woman who works there with these kids is ridiculously despondent. I tried entering the store today, with the open sign on and the woman at the front, but the door was clearly locked or jammed. I made eye contact with her several times but she made no attempt to assist me whatsoever. The people who used to be there were so welcoming and friendly, but now this business feels like a dead zone. I sadly may never eat here again.
A little disappointed for the price they are charging. Standard $18 for 2 roll up ice creams with 3 toppings, they didn’t put in one of the ingredients and didn’t include one of the toppings. The workers weren’t kind and it felt like they hated being there.
The worst bubble tea shop I have been to in a while. Asked for classic milk tea. It tasted like a cup of milk with a hint of tea.
Wow the service was incredible the rolled ice cream was delicious, the boba milk tea drinks were great my personal favorite was taro I would totally recommend.
Good bubble tea in Englewood. Tried “Love at the First Sight” (pleasantly refreshing lychee green tea with strawberry jelly) then came back for Taro milk tea with boba (boba could have been better). Location is convenient and place is clean. Staff is pleasant.
Such a disappointment. The woman at the counter was so despondent, to the point of when we asked her simple questions, she just pointed to the menu. We were a party of 7 celebrating a birthday. We easily would've spent a minimum of $60. In today's economic climate, businesses should be very cognizant of who's representing their brand. Because of how rude this employee was, we chose to take our business elsewhere. She is a poor representative for a delicious product. Such a shame.
