The ambience is stellar. You'll get like you got transported back to the 50s for you dining experience. The booths even have vintage restored jukeboxes at each one you can peruse [and i assume play music from as the quarter slot is lit up]. There's even an outdoor area set up to look like a 50s camping trip complete with a restored vintage camper.I had a burger, cooked rare and it was delicious. The rest of the family had medium burgers and they were very tasty as well. I prefer medium rare but I've been having a hard time finding a place that can actually cook it M-R so i get rare. I'll definitely be back and test their grill skill further.
Awesome no frills diner with the old school diner aesthetic. Food was good, service was great and prices were fair.Definitely worth the stop in if you are passing through. Nice sized parking lot.It's cash only, but they have an ATM on site if needed.
Loved the way this place looked so I stopped in for lunch. I had a cheeseburger and steak fries and I have to say it was one of the biggest cheeseburgers I've ever had. I literally just rode my exercise bike for an hour after having that lunch! Great stuff and fast, friendly service. Love the diner itself, too. It's beautiful and clean with little jukeboxes at each table. It's a "greasy spoon" without the grease!
Food is delicious and you receive much more food than you thought you were going to get. We both had food to take home a nice lunch the next day from the leftovers. The place was very clean and everyone was very helpful and professional.
Omg first time stopping in and boy was that a great decision that morning! I had the chicken and waffles with the poached eggs and my hubby had the chili omelette with extra meat we also had the nachos for an appetizer we were in heaven❤️
Charming, classic 50’s American diner. Highly maintained and, well, clean (no greasy feel I’ve found elsewhere). This seems to be local and not corporate. Real butter, soft and not whipped. Lots of creative menu items well executed. I had the best oatmeal I’ve ever had, a high end English muffin, fresh fruit and a tea. Stopped by later for a shake. Observed dishes served to others and food looked a grade or two above normal diner fare with large portions. It is pricey but I’d say worth it. I’ve been to a handful of this style of diner across the country and rank this at the top in terms of food quality and cleanliness. Will definitely return and recommend.
$19 for an omelet and coffee with no meat as a side. Thats right, just an omelet and coffee. Where the hell do they think they are charging prices like that? No wonder it was empty on a weekday morning. I would expect prices like that at a hotel or resort. They don't accept credit cards, cash only. So not only are they robbing you but they are robbing the I.R.S. in what they report as revenue. Just way too expensive for me to return. The same meal a couple years ago was under $10. They are sacrificing repeat customers and relying on just robbing the people foolish enough to pay these prices. That's a sure fire way to have a business fail. Good luck with that Jackson ROLL.
I had a little time to spare before a car maintenance appointment so I popped in for some lunch. The place was clean and friendly and true old diner feel. The service was quick and no nonsense and my Greek Spinach Omelet was perfect! I guess I have to go back for one of their stellar burgers from what I hear... thanks!
First off amazing food! Prices are higher then a normal diner but you get a big portion of quality food and good service. They could charge double and I'd still go back. Very worth the $! The burger is a must have!!
Definitely the one place we stop every time we travel out to Englewood hospital from PA! The best staff and atmosphere besides the greatest homemade fresh prepared food you’ll ever eat!!! #1 in our book. Now all my friends that also travel to Englewood hospital stop there too! Love the old time look and decor to look at and talk about while you eat , not to many of the oldies around anymore. Jackson Hole is a must try diner for any meal of the day!!!
