This is the very first time I leave a restaurant without tipping and I truly don't regret it. I've been to several IHOPs throughout the years and this is by far the worst experience I've had. The waitress was rude and unatentive and seemed to just not wanna be there. At the end, we were given the check without asking if we wanted/needed anything else. Management should definitely look into who they hire at this location.
Great service fresh and great food made the way a person wants according to their order clean and respectful service
This was supposed to be a 3 1/2 star but boy O boy, the bathrooms! Top notch! The food was average and could be easily be beaten out by a diner but the bathroom steals the show!
Best managed IHOP I've ever been to. Food is always cooked properly and is delicious. My only issue with it is that it can become tremendously busy. The staff handles the rush as well as they possibly can.

A great place for fun diner-like food. Keeping this real, this is a clean and cozy establishment with affordable diner-like food. The menu is fun family and simple, without the big plated diner type meals. However, its drink menu are very over priced.
It was great it wasn't crowded. Good spacing for social distancing. I was seated right away and my order was taken within 5.ins. my food came out fresh and hot. The waitress made sure to check in with me everytime she passed my table.

I've been going here for 50 years and I've always enjoyed it. The current manager is excellent and I've seen some great chef's graduate from this location to build wonderful restaurants of their own. Always reliable.
Went early in the morning and was immediately seated. Waitress was excellent and friendly. Food was quick and delicious.
