Jonathan honestly doesn't miss and deserves more credit. He works very hard here. This man literally went to buy ingredients out of his own pocket for the store. im not sure what all the hate is about with this location. It might be that the delivery isnt good not sure, but i carryout from here time to time and that man has not messed up my order once.
Every one star rating is on point. Worst in delivery time, customer service promises on the way to my location and it takes another 20 minutes for a 8 minute WALK. Took total of 45 minutes at Off Peak Time. Driver lied and said he called me with no phone calls made, also lied he was at the door I have security camera footage to show he was not.
Very bad service, worst experience ever!!.Ordered 1 medium pie and it took 2 hours, plus it arrived cold. Also bad customer service, called to ask why the delayed, and to complaint about the cold pizza, all they said was we were backed up, and that Inwas getting the order in any minute but took 2 hours to complete this order.Wonder why this location only has 2.2 starts!
Horrible customer service and wrong tracking information. If you don't like your job ease quit! Some people actually want to be served right and want to be nice to those of service ... Food was never delivered and calls lead to no resolution
I giving five starts to Jonathan. This is the first time someone made my pizza perfect.I love thin crust pizza, and my pizza it’s usually so burn that I have to throw all the edges and more to the garbage.Today was different, Jonathan really did a great job. My pizza was crispy amd not burn at all.Thank you Jonathan for the great work.
Horrible customer service. My delivery took over 3 hours to get to me!?? That’s unacceptable. I called the store and they were so unprofessional they told me to just be patient the driver was coming no apology if any sort. I couldn’t track my order they said the tracker had some technical issues which I call bs on. I had to cancel and order from a different pizza place. Never coming here again! Domino’s needs to train their staff on better customer service and empathy!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited 1 1/2hrs (I live 5 mins away but just had knee surgery) and when I called the restaurant they advised I'd have to wait another hr for a delivery to be made whenever their driver came back. Not once did they contact about an issue with the order.
The 1 star reviews are accurate. Received a call about delivery taking 2 hours so I canceled my order but haven't received my refund. Had a similar incident with dominos in another state. Can't believe this franchise is allowed to operate. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
The most horrible experience ever. Customer service should be rated 0. The order took more than 2 hours and the store manager had so much attitude when asked about the delay. These kind of stores should be shut down by Domino's as its more of a torture. The online status kept on saying the order is out for delivery within minutes of me ordering. Then the status kept on sayingand the driver is on his way and he never came for more than an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.
Every time i order for delivery, which is extremely rare there is an issue. The driver always takes an hour for a 5 minute drive, & customer service always has an attitude when you call to figure out where your food and driver is. If i order for pick up then they still take pretty long to make the food. Terrible service.
