I’m very sad to give a bad review on a restaurant but I feel like I have to because of the really bad experience I had the first, the only and the last time I would visit this place. I was excited to try their food so I enter the restaurant and the 3 woman that were there at that moment were really nice. We engage in a conversation while I ordered the food. They charged me $17 which I found expensive but I didn’t say anything; I just paid and left. As soon as I got home I noticed I didn’t have my complete order and the meat was burnt, so I called them right back and even that the girl over the phone apologized over the food (I sent her pictures at her request) told me it was nothing they could do for me. She said they couldn’t exchange the food or give me the money back, which I wasn’t asking for, I only wanted the right order. While in the phone with this woman, I over heard the two Dominican woman in the back with a really bad attitude and they just hung up the phone on me. The same nice ladies I meet before I paid. The food it’s really good. The mofongo not to call it the best. It’s on the top 3 around this whole area. Costumer service it’s excellent. I ask the restaurant employee to keep keep the change. And she ask me not too. To take the change and them give to her. Wish I believe it was really polite. The beans are so créeme it’s incredible and taste it 5 stars. Highly recommend.
