horrible!! And it’s not the first time! Customer service is bad, they have an attitude. They mess up your food and give you the attitude as if you messed it up for them. always get the orders wrong, and then when you ask them to correct it they give you an Attitude. Serve cold food and they love to mumble comments. PLEASE Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this location. they give Wendy’s a bad name.
Ok store, but they didn't have the soda syrup filled so I had to give the cup to the cashier to get the drinks from the drive through fountain. other than that, it was good.
They gave me what they wanted, not what I ordered. Also, poorly done. It's the problem with all these places, the service. It's terribly bad.
Ordered a plain baconator and received a burger with absolutely no bacon on it!!! Damn, the sandwich is called a baconator how can you forget the bacon.
Well I am going to assume they were short staff , but going in to order took way to long when there were only about 3 people in front of me. But the customer service was good.
This is not a fast food restaurant, You will wait a minimum of 25-30 minutes to receive your order
