service was horrible . Food was ok
When we walked in to an empty restaurant the workers were chatting and eating with friends instead of seating us. we decided to seat ourselves since we weren’t even greeted at the entrance, we were just left standing there confused.The menu had all these scratched off prices, we waited over an hour for our food, server had a bad attitude and when we ordered something to go they forgot to mention it, we didn’t remember either but since were were charged for food.When we called to let them know The owner picked up and after we finished explaining she said there’s nothing they can do and hung up rudely, we called back and she hung up again.Definitely need better customer service!!!

Poor costumer service. Half of the menu, it is only sell during the Sunday and then, the other half Monday thru Saturday. Long wait times, no fresh food
I got chicken tenders that thing was glossy as heck and then the carne to slaty not good cooked and the food took along time to come. Also i ordered something and they didn’t write it down
Good food but it take to long to be served .
Waited an hour and 30 mins and food still didn’t come. Service was terrible, rude waiters not even an apology for the wait. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
One of the best Ecuadorian restaurant
