Din in need to be a little more cleaner but the food was good service b- need to be better.
The manager at this location is very very rude I went there on Saturday May 21st and whichever manager was on staff there was only one there at the time she was an African-American woman she was very rude and had the nerve to call me out my name!!!!!!! I will be calling corporate! If I could give -5 Stars I would have! And I am a customer there
Tables sticky place is dirty.
Horrible. We ordered 6 Doritos tacos, with the combo. Payed to have extra meat in all, and it did not have extra meat. We also ordered 4 orders of Cinnabons, and a Cinnabon iced coffee with one of the Doritos combos and did not receive it. Didn’t even get a substitute drink. Nothing. Horrible. Just horrible. The Doritos shells were stale on top of it all. Ughhhh. Never again.
Every time I order from here on Ubereats there’s a missing item from my order. I don’t place huge orders, but they forget to include my cinnamon twists and one time they forgot my drink. I once ordered a cheese crunchy gordita and they barely put any cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. A total ripoff and waste of hard earned money for real.
I can honestly say the manager Nikita was awesome & was quickly to respond to my problems in a very professional and timely manner, thank you for all your help and giving me the best customer service possible Nikita, blessings to you & your staff at this location always fresh & the best Taco Bell in the City.
Went to Taco Bell since I was craving it. I walked into order but one of the doors was locked so I went through the other door one of the employees came over and told me they were only doing drive thru if I had a car? I said no, she said ok and let me in to order I appreciate her doing that, I didn’t make a big deal or anything I get it you know? She didn’t have to let me in but she did a lot of other places they wouldn’t do that . I thanked her she was very nice & friendly. Thanks again!
There quick with my orders. They got all orders right. They got to get someone to clean there tables and bathroom nasty.
I used the app to place an order and normally have no issues. Tonight when I got here they didn’t have it in their system but the team behind the counter went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get everything sorted. I just wanted to shout them out and let y’all know I appreciate it! I hope you have a safe & happy new year!
Worst worst experience! I received a wrong order! And when called them they gave me an attitude that I have to order it again and will have to pay delivery charge for their mistake! Can’t believe this kind of behavior!
