My favorite Subway! Hands down the best one in Elizabeth! The staff is really cool and they make some serious sandwiches here!
They’re dirty and need to be told to change gloves, and don’t wear masks while making food.
The Hispanic lady is very friendly. She made my sub just the way I wanted it. Also the store is quite small and there’s barely any customers. Nice place to stop by if you’re looking for something to eat for lunch.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is atrocious. I placed an order through Grubhub and because most likely they don't have a tablet to receive direct orders from Grubhub they wait for the drivers to come in a take the orders from them. Instead of reviewing the full order themselves they just depend on the driver to read it to them. My order was half missing. When I called to clear this up I was transferred to a very rude young lady who did nothing to resolve the issue just passed the blame on. So I had to call Grubhub to report the issue. While Grubhub is filing a complaint on the issue and they actually where respectful I want people to know don't order from this restaurant I have ordered from a ton of different subways and never have I been treated this rudely.
Great service
I was very pleased with the level of service that Micelys have provided to me and wife during ordering our food. She was dealing with a high volume of customers all by herself at the moment and she was very detailed, patient and professional during the process of handling each customers order. I was amazed and in full gratitude seeing that type of customer service. Thank you for having an outstanding employee in your business. We will repeat business again.
