Absolutely the worst Sonic location in the state.They never have onion rings or sonic ice cream when I go there during PM hours, the wait time is always 50+ minutes drive thru, they never take orders from the car stalls (everyone has to go through the drive thru), they never list the things they are out of before you get in the drive through, I always get an attitude from at least one person on the mic. I got chicken tenders and they were disgusting. They put up no notices that they aren’t taking stall orders, and you write in to complain to corporate and they never respond.Horrible, horrible service.
Not my usual location... Very hard to speak with the server through the microphone. Nobody could understand ANYBODY! Then I assumed I paid my bill using the kiosk but then the server came out and told me to pay, which confused the hell outta me. Anyway, I purchased 2 strawberry slushes, one for me and my son to try. (We usually LOVE the strawberry slushes from Taco Bell) But it was pretty much impossible to drink. While I appreciate the fresh strawberries in the slush, they kept getting jammed in my straw! Frustrating when you're dying of thirst! Lol But I'll still go back to try other ones.
Not all in all experience I love Sonic I love the people that was in Sonic they made my drink excellent I have no problems going back there again yes I will refer friends family all of that it was clean it was experience was just all lovely my husband spilled his ice cream and the lady just made him another one she was so nice
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! YOU WALK in and it's a GHOST town. Finally notice the sign which says "ring bell" which is another hunting game to find the bell. You ring bell and NO ONE ANSWERS! JUST KEEP pressing bell and if you're lucky they might respond by YELLING I'll be right there..and so the "waiting " game begins.You finally GIVE UP!! WHAT A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!!! Maybe one day I'll get a chance to know what "sonic food" taste like.:(
Last time I went there the young lady taking my order was very polite, but mistakes were made with my order that I didn't initially notice. I don't go very often, but when I do there always seems to be some issue .
Parked in the stall, after our family is ready to order, we press the button and we’re told they only do drive through. Why wouldn’t you put up signs to let people know that but there are signs saying some stalls don’t work?!?!? No wonder the drive thru line is super long. Annoying.
I’m pretty sure they gave me food poisoning the food was obviously rushed and it wasn’t even that busy when we went. They had scraps of other food we didn’t order in our boxes. I would love a refund and do not eat here.
Went to the drive through this evening, the girl taking my order was extremely rude!!! On top of that, After reaching the window and paying for my order, the man in the drive thru window said to me, “ Sorry they’re doing too much gossiping, I’m going to wash my hands and go get your food myself.” Moments later, he returned with my order, apologized again and I left. I must say that in all of the years that I have been coming to this location, tonight’s visit by far has to have been the worst! The food was not bad but the customer service and hospitality has definitely dropped since the beginning.
This is the worst place to order, the drive-thru is super slow by the time you get your order it is already cold. The workers need customer service courses, they don't know how to treat people.
Went today 3-25-2022 after ordering in the drive thru and driving partially home. I pulled out my food and notice some strands of hair so pretty disgusted. I know it can't be mine cause I am bald.
