Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!We waited 6 minutes for the hostess to seat us. When no one came, we went to the bar and asked the bartender if we should seat ourselves. She told us that the hostess would be with us shortly. We waited another 7 minutes before she came.She did not address our party or apologize for the wait, just told us to follow her. We then had to let her know that we needed 2 kids menus, which she would have known if she had asked! Once seated, she walked away. No comment!We waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came. Normally, I would not have waited that long, but we no longer have a Ruby Tuesday in my state and I wanted my boys to try something different.We finally left without being served. So disappointed?
A step down in the franchise to receive a cold shoulder of service and respect. The walk over from my hotel at Radisson Country Inn and suites was swift and easy but the low down treatment from the staff at Ruby Tuesday this past evening was a world class by the beautiful Latina waitress.Her inability to connect visually was obvious that she intentionally did not want to serve me as I sat down for no one was hosting up front and no one was assisting at the bar or the bar was filthy no one has touched it from either side and there was no massive crowd in the facility matter of fact the far right once you came to the door was completely empty only the middle and the far left by the window was occupied even that wasn't fully taken with customers.The waitress took over 20 minutes to acknowledge my presence and then ask me to wait some more to begin taking my order.Brought my soup out no crackers two little pieces of chicken in the bowl the bowl was larger than the soup ? ?.I had a sirloin steak medium well and some onion rings those onion rings were like rubber or cold like someone tried to put it in the microwave and heat it up wasn't fresh hot out of the oil everyone has had hot onion rings they normally burn your mouth because the onions are so piping hot from the oil it burns the top of your bridge of your mouth.She told her manager that I would like a discount well when I got the bill it was $37 where was the discount.Salad bar soup came with the dinner sirloin and some onion rings I hope you all know that I did not leave a tip.I travel all over the country another poor representation for people's business all they will not get mine ever again.
Great ambiance, venue and classic Ruby Tuesday style. Food quality was excellently. Staff was friendly, caring and courteous, though they may have been short staffed, because delivery was slow. The staff that was present was excellent. And the delay did not affect the quality of the food. It was hot, savory and delicious, just delayed. The dessert took so long that I just asked for my check. The staff's response was just wonderful. The cook came out to apologized and my waitress gave me the dessert free of charge. Management should take note of the quality and integrity of the staff and get them some help.
One of the few dining establishments near this hotel area. Service was slow and somewhat unprofessional although my server was nice albeit lacking server skills. The ribs tasted pretty good. The seats and seat covering on the booths looked old. Menu was dirty and greasy with food oil. The manager at this location clearly does not care about how this place is run.
The all-you-can-eat salad bar is always a good choice!
Wow first time and was looking for it on ubereats . Steak with grilled shrimp mash potatoes and the drink recommended by my server was on point. New Jersey great job. Server was delightful place was clean and warm. Thanks for the experience
By far the worst experience of my life. Upon entering two young girls were complaining about their To-Go Order. I walked to the bar there was no seats that appeared available. Even a seat with food in front of it that looked as if someone got up and walked out taking one bite. I decided to sit at an open chair that I believed no one was sitting at. Not one person engaged me, acknowledged me. There were a group of ladies at the end of the bar taking up the entire end of the bar who clearly looked frustrated as they weren’t being served. I sat there cause it was reasonably busy. The bartender was making drinks but it appeared it was taking her 2 - 3 minutes per drink. The bartender then stopped to tell the ladies at the end of the bar they need to be patient as it was busy. She had made all of 3 drinks at this point. The ladies all walked out. I still sitting there for 10 minutes at this point decided I was leaving as well. The Manager of this restaurant and the bartender need to be fired. Neither of them understand how to work a restaurant. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go to Ihop or Applebees or the nearby mall. This places needs to do better. A bartender should know how to handle a busy bar or you don’t deserve to be behind the bar
The waitress Flicia was so cold while serving, she had no smile, no friendliness and also she was asking us to clear the table everytime she brought food. She was not stopping by the table at all so we can place an order, we were communicating with the welcome manager who was very helpful!
Came to order takeout. I ordered a burger and while the food was good, it took a long time to get the food. Waited 20 mins to be attended then another 30 mins for food to be ready. This is quite long for just a burger takeout. Also they don’t have the salad bar but waitress said they’ll have it back next month.
I am so disappointed in Ruby Tuesdays. The cheesesteak hoagie I ordered was super small, and not good. My girl ordered a half rack of ribs which was just a half rack of bones. So sad, Ruby Tuesdays was so good. Please fix this.
