This place is mediocre and the food is cold chicken fries and No drinks only I think I will think is everyday Don’t waste your money
I order 2 1/4 pond popcorn with much potato shrimp and 1 popcorn shrimp box thru the screen and I get e receipt with no order number and a note says ask the counter for assistance. I try to talk to the manager about my order and he keep saying that’s they don’t have the popcorn shrimp box at all in there menu. Then he refused to assist me and he send one of his employees to help me.When I try to explain to the crew member he start yelling and asking me to relax.The manager was serving the customers without gloves. Touching cash ans credit card and serving French fries without gloves and no hand washing.And it was disgusting.Worst experience ever. I’m not coming back to this location
the cashier was so rude, his attitude was terrible. he threw my order yesterday. never again. they need to train the staff members.
Their Food is the same everywhere, that's not the problem, my issue here is with the people that works there, so disrespectful, so rude, no manners, they don't care at all about their customers.
I wish I can give them.0 stars. . The chicken breast was so dry and hard, like it was under the warmer for a long time. So it was not hot but very dry warm breast.The thighs are different story. They game me 4 pieces of something supposed to.be thighs. Well they were not. They were the top part of the thigh, the bone part dipped in a lot of bedding.
I got there around 11:10 they had just opened. I waited for 30 mins because cashier was in bathroom. There were 3 workers but none could ring me up they said it had to be cashier. She had rude attitude when I took a drink and then changed mind. This location only had bottled soda which was in refrigerator but was warm so I put back. When I asked for honey packets I got 2 so I asked for more and they gave me 1. I've never been to such a stingy popeyes.
I love their food because it tastes so freshly prepared but they didn't give me the shrimp I ordered last night with my chicken strip. I tried to call and get a store credit but the line is always busy.
Impolite staff and very slow service
On 11/7/2021 my whole store got sick from eating Popeyes at this place. The worst food poisoning I have ever had. I am dead serious calling the health department on them! Plz avoid this place if you wanna live longer !!!
