They add a 20% gratuity even on parties of 2. Mind you, it wasn't full and we weren't ordering like a large party. I understand times are tough but the automatic tip explains the bad service. If you're willing to receive bad service than the food is worth waiting for. They even add a tip line (sneaky much?)so make sure you check your receipts and don't add an additional tip.

I cannot count how many times I have been there.I was there three days ago with my family and friend.I haven't been there in a year.I could tell things have changed their too much and not for the good.When I finally sat down . The music was so loud I couldn't hear my niece's talk. when I finally eat the food did not taste anything like. 2 star Service5 star FoodI came here with a friend and we immediately asked for a drink menu and was not provided with one? we’ve been here multiple times before and was able to get one. We were told a pitcher of sangria was $30 and when we got the bill it came out to $36…I ordered avocado on the side and about 1/5th of an avocado came for $4 (server told me it was $3)We asked for water and they gave us both $2 bottles of water… most restaurants just give you glasses for free…The servers are unprepared and untrained. Prices were lied on and its unfair.Server lost out on a tip because we were overcharged almost $11I got the red snapper though and it was absolutely delicious.Update your menu and website please!!! we enjoy the food so much!!

The food was amazing!! The only challenge we had was that our waitress didn't speak any English. I felt so bad but, with the help of Google translate and a few other waiters, we were able to get what we needed.

The food was okay. However, what I really dislike was the fact that the prices in the menu and the check were COMPLETELY different, some by 6 dollars, some by two dollars… this as a customer makes me feel very disrespected. The manager was very kind and understanding and addressed our issue. Their management needs to up their game in regards of planning and addressing the issues that the market has currently, such us the increase in prices.

After 1.5 hr waiting for the food, i decided to talk with waitress to know what happened, because the drinks and the food never arrive, at that moment the waitress said is bc they dont have the food available because one of the ingredients for the food were spoiled. and they dont know what to do. so why they dont told us with anticipation? why also the beverage arrive after the 1.5 hr. I was charged for drinks and not even an apology for what happened. also food very expensive for that they serve. jose suarez

Very disappointed with the service. We had a birthday celebration and the waiter forgot to put in 3 of our orders and after the first 40 minutes of waiting when everyone got their food he came to ask us what we had ordered and then put it in. After a 2 hour wait when everyone else in our table had finished their food, our food still wasn't there and instead of apologizing for the delay or being honest about what happened our waiter kept saying 2 more minutes and that the kitchen was backed up even though the tables around us who came after had their food. Food never got there and had to cancel the 3 orders to leave, one the orders got the side dishes towards the end of the meal and another one of the other orders never got the side dishes but we were still charged. To top it off they still charged an 18% gratuity even though we did not get good service AT ALL.

Love coming here. Their food and drinks are so good!!!

Julian was very informative and polite. The food is delicious and affordable. I will definitely come back.

Terrible way to welcome customers, we didn't have masks on and by the entrance a lady Rudely stopped us and told us we could not come in unless we had masks... Even tho we are fully vaccinated customers we complied, as we were sent back out. We had to search the car for masks to walk in. We went back in and were seated and were able to take our masks off all for what? So we had to endure the women's rude attitude just to enter over a mask that is going to be removed either way?? They all Kept staring at us as well. I feel lole this was all Very very unprofessional they all should have a better customer orientation or Customer service training..
