Pizza completely fell apart while trying to separate slices. Pizza was soggy and limp.
Got delivery to my hotel and it was the best papa johns I have ever had. Cheesy and fresh delivered in a timely manner! Awesome job guys!

I've been ordering from this location for the past 4-5 years and I've only had issues with them twice. I always receive my food within the estimated time, one time it came early, and the delivery drivers are friendly. The food is good and cooked well (only once have I had an issue where the food was overcooked). I've been to the location personally and it looked sanitary and well kept. I will continue to order from them.
Excellent pizza. Very good customer service. The pizza bread was soft and chewy. The cheese was fluffy and delicious. Even on Super Bowl they delivered online and hot. Full stars for them.
I got exactly what I ordered, the meatballs on pizza were very tasty.
They bring the wrong pizza..and we call them and don't want to change it..don't even care ..Horrible !!I spend 26$ in my pizza and they bring one cost 12$

I made an order of 1 large Meats pizza and 1 large Pepperoni pizza, with some nuggets and chicken wings through Papa John’s app. The food was great, I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t because I never got the Peperoni pizza. I received 2 Meats instead of one of each. If I’m paying well over $70 for an order, at least I expect to get what I paid for. What a waste of money, I’m disappointed with the service.
