Pizza was good , becareful with the young lady cashier she grab the slices of pizza with dirty hand after she receive money from customers. I told her about it she didn't say anything obviously she didn't like it. I hope the management read this and place someone else to take orders without torching with their dirty fingers, they should use many instruments instead dirty hand.
I usually order from this place often but was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a margherita pizza and was given one with no sauce. I called and they said that’s how they make it. Literally Google a margherita pizza and you’ll see it has tomato sauce in each photo. And for $21 is ridiculous. Then, I ordered “meatballs”. In quotes because I’m highlighting how the word is plural. I was delivered one single meatball with bread for $3.50. If a menu item says “meatballs”, then I expect to be given multiple not one single meatball. I’m usually forgiving but this one just baffled me

I have been going to Michelinos for years! I used to attend the grade school down the block! I’m a mother of a six year old girl now. While the food tastes as good as it always have the customer service is awful now. Everyone is so impatient and rude.
We’ve been ordering pizza delivery from Michelino’s Elizabeth restaurant for more than a decade. Something changed in the past year or so: they went from being decent pizza at a decent price to being EXCELLENT pizza at a decent price. I’m not sure what happened, but the cheese, sauce and crust all taste better now - and they were already great to begin with.Our go-to order is a large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza and an order of breaded/fried mushrooms (as a treat for my wife - nobody else in the house eats them, but she swears they’re addictive). As a family of four, the pizza is so satisfying that we almost always have enough left over for lunch or dinner the next day - and everybody knows cold pizza is the best pizza. :-)The sandwiches and pasta meals are on point, too. Never had a single complaint about this place in 10-15 years of ordering.If you’re looking for a great pizzeria with great prices, this is your spot.
The food is great and the portions are huge.
For 25 dollars you can order a ice cold Hawaii pizza with no sauce and no flavor delivered cold….like legit cold. What a treat. I should have called pizza villa I won’t feed this to my dog. A 2 topping no sauce flavorless pizza for 20+dollars.
I have placed several orders from you guys and I have never had a problem Today I was highly upset with the lady who takes phone order I called at 1:41pm I had a pick up order under the name of Alex which required Two drinks my husband picked it to drop it off on my lunch break I noticed he didn't have the drinks which I was charged I called up to get a nasty rude reply from the girl who answered the phone, with a very nasty demeanor stating we don't need to be told to Grab our drinks I told her how are we suppose to know she said it's called common sense it's on the recipet and do you guys have a sign up saying that or at least let customers know they have to Grab there own drinks she said I didn't know we had to it's common sense I don't think that's how you should treat customers because of faithful customers like me is why your business keeps open I will not be ordering from you guys nor will I recommend this place Just because of her nastiness
The best pizza in town. They provided me with the best service! It was fresh, I also tried the cheese steak. Definitely cooked with love.
