Usually ok service, but every once in a while they're missing menu items and there's no effort to communicate to the customers that it is no longer available. This mix-up then becomes an issue when you get to the payment window and you're about to pay for something that wasn't going to get made and the employee that took the order was just as unaware as I was. The person in charge then comes up to the window to clarify the situation but it shouldn't have gotten that far if the employees were kept abreast of the current and lapsed promotions.
I really dislike coming here no one ever gets orders right lines are always to long and the ppl who work there barely speaks English
The guy taking my large order was courteous and patient. However, I feel like this McDonald’s is too small and the layout of the store may make it harder for the employees to be more productive.
This McDonald's location should have better training. The employees act like it's your fault they didn't get your order correct. Coming from an ex McDonald's employee (Vauxhall location). I know procedures. They do not follow protocol at all.

Went through drive thru and gave my order and when received it there was 1 apple pie short but was not charged for it so when I tell him I need another one he said I had to go back around and get back in line. Never heard of such a crazy response, especially when the order was wrong! Won't go there again!
Im not from the area, stop for somo quick food, service was ok, bathtooms were bad, look like they dont clean it to often.
Asked for sauce, they said yes. ,gave me my food then half a mile down the road. No sauce. They don't wrap the sandwich in a wrapper which made it messy. Thanks guys
I ordered from the app where my order had a free iced coffee. But the cashier said the payment didn't go through. And she refused to give the deal and price that was on the app. I have had the app fail before but other locations honored the app price. I was very disappointed today
