I don’t understand why do use guys have a number up that don’t work … how are your customers suppose to contact the store regarding the questions we have for you !!!!
Found a roach in my drink and manager Ana Luna decided to only refund me $1 for the drink and did not appear concerned about my complaint. Do not eat here unless you want to be consuming roaches and made to feel like you are wrong for complaining about it.

Very slow. The guy at pick up was great. The guy at the register window was NOT#got nuggets but they did NOT give me the sauces I asked for. No sauce at all
It's same old Mickey D's food but service sucks. I never get dipping sauce, like cmon man. Care a little at this location.
it is a bad attention I made a mistake in giving it a star, it doesn't deserve anything, I made an order for $60, I asked for a large bag to put things in, and they were annoyed, they gave me a few small bags.
The SLOWEST “fast food” restaurant EVER! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Waited on line for 13mins (with three cars in front of me) for one oatmeal. Once I finally reach the window the young man was blowing his nose.. at that point, I had to pull off because that made me sick to my stomach. Definitely a lesson learned to never go to this McDonald’s before work. Ridiculously enough I’ve been to this McDonald’s in the past (about a month or two ago) and I had the same experience being that this is the closest fast food restaurant to my job BUT NEVER AGAIN.
This is by far the #1 McDonalds in the area. Normally we do app orders and curbside pickup. The food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and made exactly how we order it. I am also an Uber Eats driver and have done countless pickups here, and not one time have I had to wait more than 1 minute. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and it is always service with a smile.
First of all I’m Hispanic. They have people who don’t even speak English taking orders there. I don’t know what nationality the person taking the order was but Spanish would be my guess. I asked for 2 big breakfast and she gave me the wrong thing. Price was the same so I didn’t notice it till I got home. I repeated the order three times because she kept repeating the wrong thing with a thick accent that I barely understood myself but honestly I didn’t want to ask her if she spoke Spanish because some people get offered. Very frustrating because once I’m home I’m not going to drive back. People check your orders before leaving when you order here. This is not the first time they mess up my order this one just warranted a review because I repeated the order three times & that should’ve been enough to get it right and she didn’t. When I called to complain someone else that barely spoke English told me they where the manager. I told them I didn’t believe them and would review and complain in writing and 2 minutes later someone called me back saying they where the manager.
