This definitely the best pizza in jersey I almost passed out when I saw them close , the pizza I ordered in the same area ??terrible. Thank you staff for opening back up. I appreciate good pizza. Next time warn me. I come from Brooklyn❤️❤️??
This makes me miss living up top. I'm born and raised in NY but live in Atlanta. This brought me back to my childhood. Not just the food, but the neighborhood love. They greeted everyone that walked through the door as family. Personal greetings as if they were all best friends. My wife sat in awe. Now to the food. We only got the basics... Slices of pizza and garlic knots. Maaaaaan the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted. I got the chicken bacon ranch and Philly cheese steak pizza.. Magnificent! My wife got an all white slice and Pepperoni! We were in heaven. The staff is lovely and I can see why they have lasted over 40 yrs! I miss NY/NJ so much. Thank you Mario's Pizzeria for bringing me back to my childhood!
Fantastic food, great hospitality, and the prices are unbelievable. The garlic bread was phenomenal and my spaghetti and sausage was top shelf. Highly recommend.
Highly disappointed ?After reading good reviews I figured i would try it... ordered personal thin crust under cooked the pizza was doughy.. also ordered wings and looked good but first bite I knew they were frozen breaded wings... tasted freezer burnt... so if I'm in this area again don't think I'll go there again... very depressing I had high hopes

Nice local joint I found near my hotel. Parking is on the street or in the park across the street (I'm not local check parking rules before you leave your car). Staff super nice and food comes fast. I ordered chicken parm with spaghetti the pasta was cooked perfectly, chicken nice and juicy & the sauce had lots of flavor. The neighborhood might look a little sketchy to people coming from outside the state, but I found the people around there very friendly.
Loved it! Food was out of this world FRESH! Everything is always made to order and delicious! I am never disappointed! Love this place for authentic Italian food!
The food here is great never a complaint about the food but the fact that anytime after 8 it’s a possibility they tell you there not taking anymore orders and I don’t understand why you say your open until 10 but close at all different types of hours
