Poor customer service. Politely called the restaurant and still calm, explained situation that was on-going...person that picked up could cared less and did nothing to resolve issue, disappointed but it is what it is

Horrible... Overpriced and not tasteful at all... The rice was very hard as if it was old and had no taste what so ever... Everything we ordered was not good...
Ordered off of door dash while my son and I were sick and their chicken soup is the bomb. My picky two year old loved it. Will be ordering more from here.
Overpriced and not as advertised. I ordered Sancocho and Pollo Guisado. What I was delivered was a container full of what seemed like vegetable soup (carrots, celery and 2 pieces of potato) and then I found tiny chicken bone with a few strands of chicken at the bottom. The container of pollo guisado was 95% rice and beans with 2 mostly bone tiny pieces of chicken. Only reason for 2 star is because flavor for rice and beans was good. “Sancocho” was an American vegetable flavored and filled soup.
What a waste of money I wish had taken a pic. For $7.00 3 pieces of pork and when I say 3 is 3. Not even one person can eat with that. The yuca was tasteless and was undercook gross. What a waste of money no flavor! I order a large soup and received a small one.
I was cold and hungry and I literally went into 2 others restaurants before wandering into this place. The atmosphere was very peaceful! The food was very good. I ordered beef stew over two types of rice (yellow and black beans & rice).
I've seen some pics and review of this place. Let me clear things up. If you are just a garbage disposal then ya set, but if you cherish authentic food.This place is terrible.I'm Dominican and how in the bejesus do you mess up Hispanic food. The salami is burnt, tasted horrible, the eggs are mangled and have absolutely no taste because they didn't season them!?! I had to use some kind of salt at best. The cheese was fried along with chicharrons bc it all smelled like it, which tells me the dude or lady had that stench in his hands and Just never washed they hands. The mangu was the best part and it was eh.I never write reviews. This says something.
