I ordered 4 whole wings. And received 4 almost burnt tiny wings for over $7.50 It was the worst hard to believe when I asked if I could get a another or better cooked order I was told they all was like this. Terrible

I have never waited that long for a meal. The stuff wasn’t moving with any sense of urgency. They just take their own little time while people waited for almost a one hour to get their food. Complete turn off. I’ll definitely avoid that location.
Good location. Horrible service. Parking lot been neglected for years. Place needs repairs and management needs wake up call. Food is mediocre compared to other KFC's. Place inside is filthy at times.
Carmen was at the register and saw me walk in and didn’t attend me at all but a lady that came to pick up Uber eats comes in and helps her while I’m just trynna get sauce that wasn’t put in my delivery order. Every time I order from this location through Uber eats I get the worst service I wouldn’t recommend this placeCarmen is disrespectful because she made eye contact with me and didn’t even attend me at all and when I ask her for the sauce she gives it to me with attitude and still gave me the wrong sauce
My favor place to eat is " KFC "The food was almost cold, dry, look like the chicken was sitting down all day. Not juice...Mash potatoes not hot, French fries dry..I wasn't happy... The management there is terrible, a worker from the kitchen was unprofessional talking to the people..I don't know if that was the food from the night before, but was terrible, I just eat the bread and I drink the soda..SECOND time after a month, I try again. pass by and I was hungry. I order the same food.Mash potatoes, 2 piece of chicken, French fries... Only the french fries was hot, the chicken and mash potatoes almost cold..I'm not planning to go back again sorry.. this was my experience.
That customer service skills was all right my food came it was hot and it was good
This place was once of the best KFC's I ever been to, but they changed their management and the place went down hill. Your order will NEVER be completely right or fresh. If it's not the biscuit being stale, the chicken will be lukewarm, or your other sides be cold.
Four stars because food is usually good here, but every once in awhile I get food that may have been sitting for a bit. I can taste the difference between fresh food and food that's been sitting. This place is normally good though. My advice is always ask to get a fresh order even if you have to wait a while. It's always worth the wait!!!
This is the third time I've gone to this kfc. The first two times I ordered KFC through Uber eats and the chicken was old and burnt. This time I was in the area so I stopped at KFC personally I ordered a bucket of chicken corn macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and biscuits. I got home to Roselle and to my dismay the entire bucket of chicken was burnt! The corn was old and brown the mashed potatoes was fine and the macaroni was old. Why are they refined chicken I am so disappointed in this KFC. Every time I order from Uber eats they always send me food from Elizabeth. This place should be shut down or inspected by The food administration because they are refining their chicken and it's disgusting. And what are they putting on the chicken because every time I eat it it numbs my jaws and I have a nasty aftertaste like there's medicine in this chicken this stuff is disgusting they need to be shut down
