The worst burger and the rudest service I've ever had in my life. The spanish blonde waitress barely looked us in the face during the entire service. It felt like she was doing a favor by serving us. The table was filthy, I had to go to the lady’s room (as there was no soap in the men's room), wet some paper towels with soap and clean our table. And when we asked for the bill, she circled the tip space on our receipt (not to forget to tip her for the wonderful experience we had ???)
The food came after 40 minutes! For 2 burgers with fries, that is the longest time I’ve ever had to wait. Unfortunately I was also disappointed with the quality of the food. One sandwich was dry and the bun was burnt. The other sandwich’s bun was burnt as well and the beef tasted nasty! The fries were hard like rocks and bitter. Overall the food was not tasty, burnt and came very late! I definitely won’t come here again!
Seriously, if I wanted a sad salad bag salad with a plastic fork and a packet of dressing I would have eaten in the food court for less. Totally bad decision on my part. No one in a restaurant wants to eat off plastic.
I dont have any photos but went here for lunch because my daughter and I were hungry after an appointment for her glasses. I'm a hamburger freak so was definitely going here. I ordered an impossible burger and to my surprise it was good. What I found that the portion was a bit small so after I got home I was still hungry.
Literally awful. Waited for 30 mins on the line alone. The fries were freezing cold. The burger looked like scraps from other peoples plates thrown onto a rock-hard bun. The staff were not even wearing hairnets! Would not return or recommend!!!
I had the Philly steak and green salad with a coke. It was super busy and the food was good. The waitress I had was super friendly and checked on me thru out my time there. She was happy in her work and had a smile on her face. I could see everyone in the kitchen and they were all talking and working as a team.Great atomsphet for a busy joint
Food was so good! The place did seem understaffed but the workers did there best to make up for that and they were so nice
staff do not wear face masks. ordered food was cold. While one sees eating during dinner time, one comes with garbage through the shop. Enjoy your meal. People are more concerned with their mobile than they think of customers .Don not eat in this place. It is bad and wast of your money
That esa supposed to be a bacon cheese & fries .
We have Route66 burger,it was good but not the best. Burger was unsalted and the portion was little small. Service was fairly fast for the busyness. Strawberry milkshake was also nice.
