This is a new shop and everything should be on point but clearly is not. Your customer service for the evening shift is horrific. They need to pay better attention to their job and the customer orders. And not be having a personal conversation on the phone with their besties while people are ordering. Multiple people had to repeat their orders numerous times and some of the sandwiches were done incorrectly. Then we had to deal with the other employee who seem to be mad that she had to fix all the orders that were done incorrectly. Jersey Mike is known for their sandwiches and the customer service they provide. Never had this issue in any other Jersey Mike’s. Clearly not satisfied with the presentation of the sandwiches nor the service. Thanks
Great tasy TF sub and drink. Mgr recommended go a little spicy. Good suggestion and made TF sub have little hot kick to it. I'll be back again...???

I have visited several Jersey Mike's however the location makes the best tasting sandwich while using the same ingredients. I would travel 30 miles from home to get my sandwiches there.
Ordered through Uber eats over an hour ago. Several drivers tried to pick up the food and then canceled. Uber eats then canceled the order entirely. Tried to call the store 3 times. Press 7 to speak to someone. Rings a few times and hangs up. No food for me I guess.
This establishment closes at 9pm but when I walk in at 815pm I’m told the grill is closed!!! It closes at a certain time but no one mentioned that even though I was the only person there and waited 5mins. Still trying to figure out what time the grill closes. Called 2 other Jersey Mike’s in NJ and they all said the grill closes when we close!!! Extremely disappointed
I am currently standing in the store and conditions are terrible. There's a leak falling directly on the prep surface and no one seems to care. I finally asked one of the cashiers if they could at least put a container, so that the water doesn't splash everywhere, and they did. This location is very messy! There are signs of some sort of roof leak, other than the on going leak
I live in NC and Jersey Mikes is the best place to get a sub without breaking the bank..??????
This particular place is very stingy with the meat, you get more onions than meat on your sandwich. Tried it twice. Same results, my mistake.
Italian sub is always on point. Delicious!
