At the beginning, we were received with poor customer treatment and we wwee thinking of actually leaving but then the person that took our orders, July, was very nice and treated us very well. Our rest of our stay from there was enjoyable. She gave us good service. I'm only giving this place a 5 start because of July and the other girl that brought our food as they were both nice. Otherwise It would moat likely be a 1 or no stars.
This IHOP is the best one I've EVER been to..hands down!! 20+⭐SThe meal was absolutely delicious, waitress was very attentive and courteous. A Shining example of what every IHOP experience should be.I was there before the breakfast crowd on a Monday morning.Thank you, IHOP.
Great food I only ordered this with juice but I had such a great experience and would love to return. Staff is great and you have to have thick skin.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. Smiles all the way around. My son and i were seated, served and comfortable in ten minutes. The location is clean inside and out. Food was better than expected. Nice job.
We walked into your IHOP on 4/19/22 an 3 staff members were so disrespectful to an elderly woman that was there for take out. The hostess was young, blue top, two other employees with red tops, one with black hair pony tail, very loud and mouthy and other red hair. They made a big scene about her condition within the restaurant and waiting area. Even spraying disinfectant into the air around elderly woman. This poor woman just wanted take out food, then her payment wouldn't go through. Making more of a scene. How dare they treat another human being like this! They should loose their jobs for how disrespectful they were to her. We paid for her meal and left without eating, because this is not a place we would eat at. This was our first time there, what an impression...WOW, ?
I dropped in on March 10th to have breakfast with a friend for her birthday. I haven't patronized IHOP in years. With inflation, everything has gone up in price. I noticed this location has some minor upgrades, which was pleasant. This location is smaller, so its more intimate. Our waitress, an older Hispanic woman, was easygoing. Food came out quickly. They have a few new items on the menu to appeal to the demographic. Now to the bill. I paid $34.60 for 2 people, which is quite a price increase. I wasn't surprised as it was a birthday breakfast. I had no complaints about my food, but I can say it wasn't spectacular. So, I will not be returning. Dining out during this current climate has become a luxury, not a casual occurrence. I tipped my waitress $10 because I know how tough times are! Please tip your servers and service ppl well; they work hard. ?
Horrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes for our waitress to come over, and that was only because I had to get up and ask the host if anyone was going to come over and take our order. Clyanna the waitress finally comes over to take our order and was EXTREMELY rude to us. Food comes out and another waitress literally throws them on the table, waited ANOTHER 30 mins because our hash browns were raw and they had to be taken back. Never got the hasbrowns back BTW. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. Don’t recommend.
I like the service. I didn't have to wait to be served. Good food.
We waited TWO hours to get seated and receive our food when the place wasn’t busy! People came, are and left while we were still waiting. We asked for the manager who made little attempt to come speak with us. HORRIBLE and very DISAPPOINTED.
Food was good pancakes the best! service great. No real waiting they will make sure your satisfied with your order. You do however have to ask for silverware or you will get plastic knife and forks also bathrooms are unisex but they need to keep them cleaner. Otherwise we will eat there again.
